Scammers I ordered 2 door wreaths. They are not as described, they are damaged, they are cheap and of poor quality and they did not arrive in time for the purpose they were bought. The seller is Lingdandia the refund request amount is $71.95. These were purchased beginning of March. I have contacted PayPal for refund, but like a zillion other PayPal customers they probably won’t refund Grrr

Thought I was buying from Uk. Too small shoes too expensive to send them back.

SCAMMERS: Ordered a 99 piece toolset, they send me a single small spanner.

Ordered 2 pair of boots 1 for me 1 for hubby awful took ages to come both wrong sizes cheap and nasty and unable to contact to get my money back don't trust if an offer seems to good be true it probably is.

Received a product that didnt resemble even remotely what I ordered a hammock thank goodness I didnt spend much on the rubbish I received instead

Avoid at all costs, dont send what is ordered and no chance of getting a refund!

i got a metal frame in shape of a vase today from them and didn,t even order anything.

Same company - I received a package that on the outside said it was a screwdriver but instead it's a pony-tail (that's the only way to describe it).

How has this happened? I closed my Facebook account down ages ago and I don't have a paypal account!!!

I ordered a Jewlery hanger and wanted to cancel the order because its taking too long (over a month) and the Website wasnt online anymore. I got a weird parcel today with a tiny box in it and i can see from outside there is nothing in it. Im too scared to open it because you never know if they put gas or some stuff like that in the container

I assumed I had purchased a 5XL Puffer Vest, to it so small some half my size would not got into it. V&G trade on you not returning small and shoddy goods.

Ordered 2 drinks robots I thought they would look good on my bar, unfortunately what arrived was two lamps, one a table and one a wall light, neither meet the UK safety standards and are not earthed. Contacted seller but no reply received.

I have received an empty parcel coming from this address. These people are scammers. SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED, CLOSED DOWN AND MADE TO PAY.

Ordered a pair of winter boots.in error duplicated this order asked to cancel second pair. Emails failed to go and no result from best art. Contacted Tesco who are dealing with this. One pair of boots received but no delivery of second pair even though they have taken both payments. Don’t know what else to do need some explanation order no 69951 oct 9/2020

Just received 2 changing coloured candles which are broken their not worth the money i paid for them! They are very flimsy its no wonder their broken! Do not use this company! Pure scam!!!

Why aren't these people being stopped by Facebook or the trading standards .thought I was getting a Christmas mechanical decorating and ended up with a picture on a sticker

Worst scammers ever. I paid y&g f2p unit 5 trident way southall a lot of money for 3 interactive pumpkins I waited 3 weeks got 3 tiny pumpkins 2 of them broken plastic and 1 that only makes a woo noise doesn't speak at all. These are £1 shop quality. Definitely don't but anything from these people.

TRADING STANDARDS Please Be Aware....... Begrudgingly had to click 1 star to write a re-view but this company isn’t worth a minus 1 star, I ordered a 6ft uncle Charlie animated talking clown and a 3ft animated abandoned Annie talking Doll, looked absolutely amazing products from the videos off the company on the sponsored advertisement on Facebook at a very competitive price, looking like a reputable company i had no concerns in placing the order, paid instantly via PayPal and awaited my lovely goods, 2 weeks later still hadn’t heard anything regarding dispatching let alone receiving my goods, so contacted the seller and had no response, left it a couple of days and contacted the seller a second time, still no response, left it another day, contacted them yet again saying this time I would report the company to PayPal and amazingly got a response straight back, be it in broken English, apologising saying that they would try and track the order and it would be dispatched as soon as possible, miraculously the next day a package arrived, looking puzzled at the postman I couldn’t understand what I could have received as the only thing I was due to have delivered was my 6ft clown and my 3ft doll, so why was a 12 inch parcel sitting on my doorstep, upon opening my parcel I found a very poor cheap quality clown mask worth at the most £1 and a 10inch doll worth £2 maximum, so paying £62 for my 6ft and 3ft doll was very disappointing so instantly contacted the seller and straight away they apologised and said they admitted it wasn’t what I had ordered but maybe I could keep it and use it and offered me a £3 refund ????? message after message back and forth I’m still asking for my complete full refund which I’m still awaiting, the last message from the seller was that if I purchased even more goods from them I’d get a discount on my second order ???? who in their right mind would do that when you’re still awaiting a refund on the goods you wanted in the beginning, so my message to you all is DO NOT buy from this company as it appears that they scam and send you a very cheap item that is a mere fraction of a resemblance of the item that you originally ordered in the hope you accept their offer of a reduced refund for a substandard item in the hope you accept, upon looking at other reviews from likewise unhappy customers who have purchased from the same company, I wish I had done my own research before purchasing from a so called reputable sponsored company on Facebook, disappointed is an understatement and this company is taking hard earned money in this challenging current climate by deception and flaunting the rules to their advantage

As have many who have ordered something from these scammers I received a hand held hacksaw blade. Let's face it you won't receive what you ordered and it won't be worth what you paid no matter how low the price might have appeared. Basically in my case I got something I didn't want for a comparable price of something I did want . I now have to go through the ordering and wait of a decent supplier before I can complete the job I had to do.

Like many other's I received a pack of 6 cheap plastic 'Christmas baubles " . Probably cost 30p . Anyone reported these scammers to trading standards?

I have this morning received an order of the "CHRISTMAS DECORATION KIT" which contained 6 baubles in a cheap white plastic that were dented, there was no sign of the battery operated spinner that was to colour them, how disappointing for my granddaughter. I bought this product of a Facebook app avoid everybody, wish I had read the ratings before I ordered
