Total scam / took £1,901.26 and failed to provide tickets
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I booked four return flights with Air India through Best Ticket Fares / Sky Travel Pod on 19th July 2026, paying £1,901.26 in full. They sent a booking confirmation PDF, but it completely lacked any valid airline PNR or e-ticket numbers.
Since then, it has been a nightmare of stall tactics and broken promises:
First promise: Told the PNRs would generate automatically within 6 hours. Nothing arrived, just a shady missed call late at night.
Second promise: Agent "Neo" promised tickets within 2 hours. Deadlines passed with nothing.
Third excuse: Agent "Baali" claimed the tickets were suddenly on a "waitlist" for promotional fares (which makes no sense since full payment was taken) and promised a 1-hour resolution.
The ultimate brush-off: When that deadline passed, Baali demanded another 24 hours. When I refused and stated I would report them, the agent bluntly told me, "Do whatever you want to do," and refused to put anything in writing because they "didn't have email access."
They have locked up nearly £2,000 of my funds, wasted days of my time, and forced up my rebooking costs while flight prices soar. They refuse to issue tickets and refuse to cooperate.
Save yourself the stress, lost money, and ruined travel plans—book directly with the airlines instead!

Unfortunately, by the time your booking reached the ticketing stage, the promotional fare was no longer available. We understand this outcome was disappointing and appreciate that the delays and repeated updates added to your frustration. We regret that we were unable to provide a clearer resolution sooner.
We would also like to inform you that your full refund has already been processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We value your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we need to improve our communication and service.

Scammers avoid at any cost
My experience with Best Ticket Fares has been extremely disappointing. I found this company after being redirected through JetCost, so I expected I was dealing with a trustworthy travel provider.
After cancelling my booking, I was promised a refund within the stated timeframe, but I still have not received my money. Every time I contact customer service, I speak to a different person and receive a different explanation. I have been repeatedly told the refund will be processed within 24–48 hours, but those promises have not been honoured. Instead of receiving my refund, I keep getting delays and conflicting information.
I am also disappointed that I was redirected to this company through JetCost, as this experience has been very frustrating and stressful.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Best Ticket Fares. If you are considering booking through JetCost, I would encourage you to research the travel company carefully before making any payment and keep records of all communications.
