And you’re absolutely right, even when the same photos are used, each new portrait is created as its own unique composition, so there can be subtle differences in expression, positioning and finer details from one version to the next. It’s one of the reasons we let you preview your portrait first, so you can choose the version that feels most like you and your pet.

Love, love, love
I love the photo! Everyone thinks it's real and to me it is. Its' the relationship I had with my dog, she just would have never sat still for a photo like that. This experience has allowed me to see it this way, which is beautiful and touching.

Beautiful portrait and excellent service! They monitor delivery status for every customer order to make sure everything arrives and they noticed my tracking hadn't updated in at least a week. They immediately sent a replacement order and continued to provide updates. Not too long after, my initial order arrived and then a shortly thereafter, a replacement order, which I was able to keep at no charge. Thank you Masumi for a great experience!

Color content

We’re sorry the hair colour didn’t come through accurately. That’s exactly why we offer a 100% free preview before purchase, you’re welcome to try different photos and generate multiple previews until you’re completely happy with the result.
For the best likeness, we usually recommend a clear, front-facing photo taken in natural daylight, as that tends to capture details like hair colour most accurately.

When I placed this order, I wasn’t really sure to what expect. When I opened the box I was completely blown away on how beautiful and accurate on the photos I down loaded. The picture is 100% detailed and brings back my memories with my beloved fur baby Charlie. The package was delivered on time and the security of the package was perfect. It was protected completely. absolutely beautiful portrait!
I could not locate where my download went! The portrait is so beautiful, that they even caught the love in both of our eyes! Absolutely amazing portrait. When I could not locate it, the team responded right away with an e-mail portrait! Excellent company and fantastic customer service! I will be using them again and telling everyone!

Remembering
The picture is of my twin brother and our bulldog.
My twin passed away in Dec 2023. Our bulldog
passed away in Feb 2024.
The photo is a comforting image to me.
It reminds me of their lives and how much
