The Big Deal Avis 

Big Deal GA was so lax in delivering what would be a simple item, but it wasn't delivered, reported returned to sender (which they acknowledged), but the item never got here. My vision is at stake because of this and they wouldn't do anything but refund, which is of no use. I can't get that for days and still need the item.

Best advice is to CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT WITH WALMART. Don't just "stop using it", CLOSE IT. They're not going to cut this arm off until they realize it is full of leprosy.

Do not order from them. I ordered a bra that took several weeks to be delivered. Once I got it, it didn't fit. They basically said oh well. They said i could pay shipping to return it but that would cost more than the bra. What kind of business is that? A bad one!!! Please don't support them

Terrible! Product was not what was advertised! Then,they said I had to pay to ship it back to Asia when the return address was a warehouse in Chicago! Do not buy from them! They have many ads on Facebook. Learned my lesson!

Worse e commerce website, sale defective product and after delivery denied to return.

I ordered mi 30 watt wireless charger as it was not available in flipkart or amazon. It was delivered in 5 days and sent the original mi charger.

It would be fair to give minus 5 stars.
We paid for  Husqvarna 3100 PSI / 2.5 GPM Gas Pressure Washer January 2020 and never received the item.
We contacted Big Deal GA and money wasn't refunded yet.
Someone using our money for very long period of time without any consequences.

Look after my bills /Big deal, I think it's a scam, been trying to contact customer services for hours and no reply, yet if you want to join up they answer straight away, and apparently they work from home, so they probably just turn their phones off, I'll be contacting my bank to cancel the standing order and staying with my original supplier. WHAT A CON

Ordered beginning of Dec. Order still not received after 3 weeks and it is shipped from only (1) state away, so it does not have far to travel. This company should not be doing business as a merchant on the Walmart site.

Tell Umar he owes me $16 for an order placed in May 2020. Please nobody use this scamming thieving b-s-add

I've been waiting for my order for 3 months. Can find no way to cancel or get a refund. I've been scammed.

Ordered sleep aid through Walmart 2 different times for same product. Never received product both times. This company must send out empty boxes to UPS, because they never get past UPS Innovations. Walmart is responsible for when a 3rd party seller doesn’t follow through with an order. Walmart refunded my money and canceled the orders. Why Walmart continues to block negative reviews from consumers about Big Deal GA means that they condone the 3rd party sellers dishonest business practices. Walmart continues to allow honest customers to be scammed by this company.

I purchased goods from BIG DEAL SHOP to the value of £49.99. Goods never arrived, kept phoning, emailing got no response. It seems this company is frauding money from people. Up to date there is no trace of my order. Tracking number provided was false. No one should ever use this company they are downright frauds. Be aware!!!

Avoid this company at all costs, check out Companies House. Business registered in March 2020 to a Bulgarian national Kamen Ivanov HADZHIYSKI, he has an impressive tract record of multiple insolvencies.
