Purtroppo sono fatte male perché la parte assorbente non è ben posizionata, non è centrata e il flusso esce fuori, mi sono sporcata tutta! Solo un paio di mutande si salva, le altre sono da buttare! Peccato perché indossate risultano comode!
Sono inoltre arrivate in due mesi dopo diverse problematiche: dal corriere risultavano consegnate ma non è mai arrivato nulla. Il corriere impossibile da contattare! Loro hanno detto che me le avrebbero rispedite ma non arrivavano mai e non mi facevano più sapere niente. Dopo numerose email e stress sono arrivate, insieme però alla delusione del prodotto! Non le consiglio per niente!!!

Terribile. Ho ordinate 6 paia 3 per me 3 per mamma. Super tardi. Nylon… misura non adatta. Non assorbono me tre avevo chiesto per flusso abbondante… una fregatura

Poor poor quality products delivered in +15 days. Size don’t correspond to size description on the website and don’t accept refund because it was bought with a discount (which is illegal). Their answer is extremely slow and basically I can only change the size but there is no way I keep such poor quality products.
Shame!!!!!

Absolute Frechheit! AGB, die den Verbraucher benachteiligen und deshalb unwirksam sind. Wird vom Verkäufer ignoriert. Billigware aus China. Rücksendung hat 20€ gekostet. Insgesamt 75€ gezahlt, ohne dass ich nun eine Gegenleistung habe. Paypal hat den Konflikt auch noch zugunsten von BIOpads entschieden. Unfassbar! Ich bin wirklich sprachlos.

slechte maattabel. je mag vervolgens retourneren naar Frankrijk op eigen kosten. Ze reageren niet binnen 2 dg op je mail waarin je aangeeft te willen retourneren. Daarna moet je in 3dg fotos van de producten sturen en binnen 8 moet het op de post. maar ze krijgt geen adres. Of reactie... pasvorm van de string zijn niet fijn, heel laag, je billen worden naar beneden getrokken.

Ho ordinato 10 paia di cui 8 la misura S e altre due per mia sorella la misura M. Invece di mandarmi la misura M mi hanno mandato la L dicendomi che vestono piccoli. Invece per la misura S mi hanno mandato come da richiesta… ora non capisco una cosa, se vestono piccolo perché cambiare solo per due mutande? Prima di tutto non c’è scritto da nessuna parte che le misure non corrispondono e che vestono con una sola misura più piccola, e se fosse così allora perché qualche mutande misura S mi sta bene, e altre mutande sono più piccole con un numero o con due addirittura?! Non si capisce proprio niente, fanno una confusione assurda! E il servizio clienti è pessimo, per riuscire ad avere un indirizzo di reso ci ho messo una settimana e mille mail, hanno chiesto foto per ogni paio di mutande in parte e pure la foto con la busta con la zip !!! Ridicoli proprio, manco fosse oro! Purtroppo ci sono rimasta con 10 paia di mutande inutili perché il reso mi costava 21€!! Mai più farò un ordine da loro, e sicuramente consiglio alle mie amiche di evitarli! Siccome non bastasse, il pacco mi era arrivato dopo 10 giorni!

Save your time and money, this is not a legitimate company! The product is poor and they have horrible customer experience. Luckily i used PayPal and they helped me get my money back. I would give them 0 stars if possible. I tried to make a complaint on Instagram and instead of dealing with it professionally, they blocked me.
It’s clear they are not a real company.

Awful, sizes were labelled wrong. Hard to believe they can’t get that right given how expensive the product is. Contacted customer service, very bright and bubbly response but basically not taking any responsibility for their incorrect labelling and why this would cause response. No offer of return I had to request this, right timeline given, the returns process seems deliberately awkward. Save your cash and spend elsewhere.

Verschrikkelijke service!!! Ik raad aan hier nooit iets te bestellen. Ondergoed datbik besteld heb, is te klein en wou het omruilen of mijn geld terugkrijgen. Een hele procedure om terug te sturen, maar ik geraak niet aan het adres in Frankrijk waarnaar het zou moeten teruggestuurd worden. Ze vragen steeds om foto's te zenden om te bewijzen dat ik het ondergoed niet gedragen heb. Meermaals de nodige foto's gestuurd, maar nog steeds geen adres toegestuurd gekregen. Schandalig hoe ze met hun klanten omgaan... Ik zit hier nog steeds met 3 te kleine onderbroeken en €60 armer.

Sehr teuer und sehr billig in der Ausführung. Die „unsichtbare“ Höschen sehen wie eine dicke Windel aus, jede Naht zeichnet sich ab, machen beim laufen Geräusche und fallen absolut aus. Nicht zu empfehlen!

I ordered 3 different styles (bamboo hipster, silky bikini and seamless French cut). I was apprehensive about purchasing because of the washing method (keeping them in water until you wash them) as it doesn't seem very convenient, but I wanted to try them out as I was hoping for a more seamless fit in comparison to the modibodi ones I usually buy, and I liked that there was a full gusset on all of them. I took advantage (I thought) of a flash sale 20% discount and thought this would be the best time to take the plunge and try them out. On arrival, I decided I only liked the bamboo hipster, as the silky bikini looked like they would rip quite quickly and the French style sat too high for my liking. I kept all the packaging and hygiene seals on, sent the required details for a refund, and awaited their email for refund instructions just to be told that a refund was not possible as a discount was applied to my order. I went back to their website and although it is written in the t&cs, most companies mark the items as nonrefundable before hitting purchase. I though it was sneaky of theBiopads to not make this clearer. Although I do like the bamboo hipster, I haven't had them long enough to test their longevity and I'm still not keen on having to keep underwear wet until I can put them in a washing machine. All in all, for the lack of customer service, I will not be repurchasing from here.

Leider habe ich hier bestellt und erst danach die Bewertungen hier gelesen. Leider, ein Kunde mehr der abgezockt wurde. Die Bewertungen auf der Seite selbst sind gekauft, man lässt sich in die Irre führen. Ware fernab von "Bio", total irreführende Beschreibung, man erhält Billigware aus China zu einem viel zu hohen Preis. Für dieses Produkt könnt Ihr gleich in China für 1-2 Euro einkaufen. Zurücksenden könnt ihr vergessen, die Rücksendung erfolgt nach Großbritannien, die Kosten sind höher als die Ware überhaupt wert hat. Es ist eine Schande, dass solche Anbieter mit sowas davonkommen, Pfui Pfui Pfui!!!!!

Absolut davon abzuraten, bei denen zu bestellen!
Es steht nirgends eine Adresse auf der Website, die Ware ist nicht größenkonform, d.h. ich habe M bestellt und es passt aber ganz und gar nicht - ist eher S was sie liefern. Deshalb wollte ich retour schicken, ist aber ein extremer Aufwand (Fotos machen, unzähliger Mailverkehr, selber Kosten tragen nach UK usw.), weshalb ich es einfach gelassen habe. Ein komischer Verein, würd ich nie wieder bestellen!!!!!!

Bestelling niet aangekomen. Waardeloos. Moet ook nog extra betalen voor douane kosten. Krijg daarvoor als compensatie een tegoedbon. Ik wil hier niks meer bestellen.Dat geld ben ik dus ook nog kwijt.

Das ist unseriös! Die Ware stinkt stark nach Chemikalien und es gibt kein Widerrufsrecht, wenn man während einer Aktion bestellt!! Nicht bestellen!!

Nachtrag: da ich über Paypal bezahlt hatte, konnte ich glücklicherweise mein Geld zurück bekommen!!

Wat een slecht service!
Bikini's waren te klein. Het koste me 10 euros om ze terug te sturen naar Engeland en dan krijg ik te horen dat ik mijn geld niet terug kan hebben want het was een "flash actie" en ze kunnen alleen maar geruild worden. Ok geen keuze blijkbaar ! Maar serieus mijn bestelling was in mei ... het is 17 juli, wanneer moet ik mijn bikini's dragen ????
Ik ben 60 euros kwijt, schandalig !!!!

So eine Abzocke. Qualität alles andere als Bio.
Retoure nach England gilt es selbst bezahlen und nur Umtausch der Ware in andere Ware,das es ein Angebot war. Stand nirgends klar davor ersichtlich.
So mies habe ich noch keinen Versandhandel erlebt.
Bestellt auf keinen Fall!

Niet eens 1 ster waard! Het ondergoed heeft een hele rare fit waardoor je zo kunt doorlekken. Dat weet je pas als je hem aan doet. Maar bij het mailen van de klantenservice moet ik 10x opnieuw het probleem uitleggen. Ze blijven volhouden dat je niet kan retourneren met hygiëneproducten. Maar ik heb een klacht!
