Hard AF, and decorative
Game was smaller than expected, I got the colourful little fella that turns into a cube. Otherwise, very fun and decorative. The other puzzle (I think I got the hardest one) where its metal and you have to undo it, seemingly impossible for my friend which is perfect! Frustrating gift, as I was aiming for.

Great products, prices and delivery times
Bought a bunch of Hanayama puzzles as a christmas gift. Order was sorted quickly, prices are good and delivery was swift.

Ordered on 2nd Dec....it's now 24th December....no delivery...and very very poor response. Terrible service. Won't buy or recommend again. Looks like someone isn't getting their secret Santa this year! Thanks board gamer.

It has been over two weeks and game…
It has been over two weeks and game still not delivered. I emailed their help desk and am yet to even receive a response back as to where delivery is. I ordered from Australian website to be delivered within Australia. Therefore I don't understand why the delivery has not occurred and absolutely no updates or tracking provided unless I download an application which is ridiculous. I paid for an item and service of delivery with 8 days. Happy to take my money and not respond.
