The Bong Shop Avis 

I was disappointed because both of my bongs broke within 2 weeks of having them

Asked for a black pipe and I got a red one

Tried ringing multiple times, calling other numbers (off ya tree) etc to see if they could help and couldn't, ended up ordering from another website after hearing nothing for a week, shame because you have good products, just no customer support/service

Both bongs arrived within 2 days of placing order. Was super excited but the stem and cone out of both bongs cracked badly when being stoked first time. Very unimpressed with the quality of them compared to the actual bongs.

I received all my items sooner than I thought I would, just in time for Christmas so I couldn't be more happier! 🥳

Website is nice and heaps of products but I put an order in over a month ago and called up every day for 2 weeks to pay over the phone and nobody answered.

I really love the bong, it worked so well and really clean hits. However when I was cleaning the d stem and scrubbing around, the second chamber glass inside the bong snapped and it cannot be removed or fixed. Im really dissatisfied with the product because of this. I was not rough with it and hoped it would be able to work for longer than a week but it’s been in this condition since.
I would like for it to be fixed or replaced if possible. What can you or I do about this ?

I alway get the correct products they arrive fast and every thing is always a good price. I have bought things on a few occasions and have never had any issues.

Whoever packed my bong should be sacked it arrived un a huge box way to big with bits ov ripped up cardboard for protection it was only wrapped i a plastic bag and that's it ..buy the time I finally got it ov course it was broken..

My bong literally arrived with a crack in the bottom 💀💀😭 the water leaked straight out, it was literally 15cm tall, said 20cm on the ad... pretty disappointed not gonna lie
