Hi Thank you for your order, With your order being placed on a Friday at 6pm, it was not then shipped till Monday at 9am, with the goods being sent to Ireland from England it can take from 3-7 days hence why the goods will have been delayed. We apologise for this inconvenience but with it being shipped internationally this is one of the quickest ways we can get the product to you for the standard shipping price you paid
Great boots 👌🏼
A lot of complications with the order but we got there in the end.

How to turn things around...
Original order was lost, no communication due to system changes and a relaunch then immaculate service and communication. If only all online retailers were as ambitious and personable as Keiran. Best of luck with the relaunch and we will return in the future. We'll done.

We are sorry to hear this! Our offer for a partial refund is still available to you, and we can only apologise for the inconvenience. If you would not like the boots at all as we stated you are also welcome to return them and we will send a full refund and pay for the postage. Unfortunately we cannot do anymore about the damage suffered in transit to the item but we will ensure to improve our packaging to prevent this happening again.
Again our most sincere apologies and you are welcome to have a partial refund or full return
Thanks
