Husbands meal (steak) was great, chips great, veggies great.
However, my go to meal when lunching out is lasagna, which I ordered. I’m sorry but it wasn’t enjoyable at all. It was dry and I couldn’t find any bechamel whatsoever.
Will return for something else other than lasagna.
Amazing place. Location is only 1/2 block to all shops and restaurants yet set in a very quiet area. Great fire pit to sit around and chill with great new friends
Here now! Phone does not work hopefully I will not need to call anyone as the sockets in the wall are outdated you need a plug not a Massive deal but the fact the room phone is not connect is a red flag I can’t ring reception like it tells me to I can’t charge my phone

After traveling for miles & miles, I arrived at the not so cheap Bradford Hotel, upon trying to book in at reception, the desk receptionist tried to con me out of £100 extra via saying "I need to pay a extra disposit, in case I cause damage to the room" disgusting! After a argument I finally got a room, but only to find out they keep illegal immigrants in rooms free of charge!! Until the council houses them!! I got my bags & dashed off to travel lodge instead!
Disappointed to have to write this review as we actually quite liked the hotel itself and food available. But the way we was spoken to was disgraceful- the lady at the desk said the maid told her my partner was smoking in the room (he wasn’t) so I said no he wasn’t. Anyway whilst waiting for our taxi one of the employees came out and started shouting at us in the middle of the street accusing my partner of smoking and just speaking to us like pure trash. She said they would be charging us a fee- I told her to go right ahead. Once home I emailed the hotel and asked them for proof of their claims and they never responded- they did charge me either £50 or £100 however I did get this money back from my bank as the hotel could provide no proof nor even have the common decency to respond to my email or apologise.
Have never stayed again and never will- we were quite regular customers but I will not be spoken to that way for absolutely no reason.
