I found Thomas after seeing a post about the remarkable difference he had made to the life of one of my fitness coaches. I was struggling with my own breathing after a chest infection and it was negatively affecting my fitness, so I reached out to see if he could help. I chose the six-month course & the results speak for themselves. My respiratory rate has dropped from 27 down to the low teens, my CO₂ tolerance has improved from around 10 to 34 and the biggest benefit – my blood pressure is in a normal range for the first time in over ten years! I manage work stress so much better now and have no guilt maintaining a better work/life balance which prioritises me, rest & relaxation. The breathing techniques Thomas has taught me have changed how my body handles stress, effort, and recovery and are now part of my daily life.

Thomas is patient, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to the people he works with. I am eternally grateful to him for everything he has taught me but also for listening, making me think differently & being an amazing sounding board. I have enjoyed every session & interaction we have had & have learnt more about myself than I could ever have imagined at the start of this journey. Great expirience

I came to Thomas with a lung infection that had left me struggling to breathe properly. Or so I thought. What I actually discovered, fairly quickly, was that I hadn't really known how to breathe in the first place. The infection just made it impossible to ignore any longer.
Thomas has a rare quality in any teacher: he saw past what I presented and got to the actual problem. What he taught me worked. Not in a vague, feels-better kind of way. In a this-is-now-part-of-my-daily-life-and-I-have-no-intention-of-stopping kind of way. He's warm, funny, genuinely curious about breath and about people, and frankly excellent company for the duration of what is, when you think about it, a course about something you've been doing wrong your entire life without knowing it. I can't recommend him highly enough. He's the real thing, which in this world is rarer than it should be. Whether you're an elite athlete or just someone who assumed they had the whole breathing thing sorted, go and see him.

Turns out none of us know how to breathe.

Our Everest Base Camp journey would not…

Our Everest Base Camp journey would not have been possible without Thomas and his breathing coaching. The work he taught us didn’t just help us reach Base Camp, it has become part of our daily life. The benefits have been far more wide reaching than we ever expected. Better sleep. Improved mental health. Feeling more calm and relaxed, with a much stronger sense of control.

Throughout our trek, Thomas checked in whenever we had WiFi, encouraged us, kept us focused on our own individual why, and helped us stay calm and steady as we climbed higher. His support made a real difference. This isn’t just a job to him. He genuinely cares.

For me personally (Sharon), learning to manage my anxiety has been life changing. I have struggled with it for years and never believed I could reach a point where it felt manageable. The breathing practices gave me something practical and reliable to lean on, and they have changed how I live day to day.

We are very grateful to Thomas for being such an important part of our journey.

Scientifically Sound

Really great session, Thomas explained all the science behind the breathing techniques & gave practical exercises that worked- even from session 1 it has given me tools to enhance performance & highlighted key areas that are so often neglected.

Thomas is clearly an expert in his field

Thomas has the ability to link together a range of techniques in a simple and relatable way. Also, explaining how our new skills help with improved performance. He certainly knows his stuff. Thomas did a group session for our Surf Life Saving Club. Our athletes learnt how to breath… it’s was very interesting. Now we need to practice!

I worked with Thomas over 8 weeks to overcome a breathing disfunction I developed.Thomas is very knowledgeable and also a great mentor and explained my condition in depth and explained all the breath work exercises we had to work through very clearly.Thomas was always at hand to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout the time we worked together.

Highly recommend!

I recently finished Thomas's 8-week…

I recently finished Thomas's 8-week Advanced Performance Program online and its made a huge difference to my training. I live in Australia and despite the time difference Thomas offered excellent and personalised support and was very engaging. Each session was structured to optimise my respiratory efficiency and I've already seen the real improvements in my overall health, performance and recovery. For anyone serious about taking their training to the next level this online program is worth the investment and is highly recommended.

Thomas is an excellent breathing coach

Thomas is an excellent breathing coach. His 3-hour Athlete Performance Workshop was a real game-changer for our Hyrox athletes. Understanding the science of breathwork and learning practical tools to improve CO₂ tolerance and mobility has significantly boosted performance, especially during stations like the sleds and wall balls. I've personally noticed no more uncomfortable dry mouth during workouts. We've already integrated his techniques into our programming with impressive results. We highly recommend him—though we selfishly want to keep him to ourselves!

Passionate, engaging and knowledgeable

Thomas is a passionate, engaging and knowledgeable facilitator. He ran an introduction to breathwork for us and the feedback from participants was unanimously incredibly positive. So much so that we have arranged a follow up session with him straight away.

Coming from someone who contracts many different facilitators and coaches, I can highly recommend Thomas and will certainly be working with him in the future.

My life is so much better now

I found Thomas last year when I was at my wits' end feeling like I was suffocating every minute or so, and feeling like I was going to go insane. I wanted to really understand what the problem was so I could fix it for my personal, work and fitness life.

It took a while for us to find my trigger, but we dug deep, found it and fixed it.

Everything I learned from Thomas and the techniques he's taught me has helped me to delve deep into the what, why, when, where and hows of it all – but and most importantly how to fix the problem. The techniques and exercises are now part of my daily life and have become a good, positive habit.

My life is so much better now, and it didn't take long in the beginning to notice some positive improvements such as deeper sleep, less stress and improved fitness levels.

Thomas is brilliant, caring and passionate about what he does. He checks in with you between sessions just to see how things are going and is always there is you need him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. In fact, I already have because I’ve arranged sessions with him for my step son who is training for the Marines. I have no doubt that Thomas will give him the tools and knowledge he needs to drastically improve his already high fitness levels.
