Brows with Jess!
I modelled for Jess yesterday and it was such a lovely experience.
Despite not really knowing what I wanted and my brows being in desperate need of some TLC I felt like I was in completely safe hands.
Jess knew exactly what would suite me without me knowing what I wanted. She had my complete trust and I had her complete concentration.
As Jess is training Helen popped in and checked them and was really professional and explained any tweaks they made.
I have been looking for a brow clinic since I moved to winch before Christmas and I finally found the one! I’ll be back!

I had a full face threading
I had a full face threading with the lovely Jess, she explained everything very carefully and asked before touching my hands to enable the skin to stretch fully and in the right direction. She cleansed and cooled the areas after the threading and made sure I understood the aftercare etc. I would not hesitate to recommend both her and the clinic.

Wonderful to have eyebrows again.
Helen has been a pleasure to be with, she carefully explained what the treatment would entail and took care in measuring my brows and showing me the outline. The results are so pleasing, I now have eyebrows again. The procedure is painless and relaxing, at least for me, I was reluctant to get up from the bed/couch.

Great care, knowledge and brows
This was my first appointment at the Brow clinic yesterday, after a consultation, 2 weeks previously. I was very impressed by both Helen and Sophie’s care, attention and knowledge, as we chatted about the process and result I would like.

Friendly & Knowledgeable
Recently had microblading done with Helen and I am so happy with the result. Helen is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about her craft. Every piece of advice she gave was spot on and I felt in safe hands from my first appointment. I would highly recommend her and I will be back in a couple of years when my brows need a top up.

I went into shop asking about their…
I went into shop asking about their service and was advised to come back later that day I did was shown into a room and was spoken to for approx 8 mins and then was asked for £25 for a consultation!!! I was so shocked I paid but this really did put me off the treatment and shop
Be aware to ask before speaking to anyone in this shop it is very costly!!!

Thank you for your feedback on our pricing.
We are at the moment open by appointment only at our brand new premises whilst we find more team members to join us and our clients book in online for ease. This way clients can see our full list of services, including all costs as well as t&c’s to see if we are the right clinic for you. So everything is very visible, upfront, clear and listed for clients prior to booking.
By booking in online you’d also be able to select a day to suit you where you’d then be allocated that specific slot to give you our undivided attention and hence when you might have popped in we may have already had clients in having treatments, and we weren't able to help you immediately I’m afraid on that day. We do try our best to help anyone popping in without an appointment though, but also prefer to be able not to rush so you feel looked after. So glad we were still able to invite you to pop back later that day though and still see you to answer your questions and help you.
Our in clinic consultations have a standard 15mins slot allocated in the diary, but we often run over this, and we always ensure that all questions are answered before we conclude, otherwise we offer complimentary email follow ups as well. From memory Rose, you were very happy everything was answered on the day and found it all very useful but If you do still have questions, we’d be very happy to help further and please do feel free to get in touch on email to ask as many as you like.
We unfortunately don’t offer free services so we are very sorry if you were expecting this to be free of charge. Because you can find all information for free on the website, or by emailing in to ask, anyone requiring our expert advice in person in addition to this for your skin/hair, shaping specifically for example our time is indeed chargeable. The cost reflects our years of experience, training and expertise. I’m sorry you felt this was too expensive for you.
On the website we have also made it very detailed and comprehensive so that in theory you might not need to book in for a consultation too if you were seeking more information but perhaps weren’t looking to pay for this. We also encourage clients to email in or send us photos, thus offering free advice this way also. We would do this out of hours in our own time, so we feel we offer a couple of options that suit all budgets hopefully.
We would have been so grateful if you’d let us know at the time whilst in clinic, or emailed us after your appointment to give us the opportunity to chat to you about your issues with our pricing and resolve. Had you afforded us this, we could have also explained that we’d take the cost of the consultation off any future treatment for you & hopefully you then wouldn’t have left feeling the way you did. We are always very open to receive client feedback and happy to take on board your comments on costs. We are very sad you felt your experience with us was over shadowed by the price and warranted a one star review overall. Especially as you can see from the hundreds of other reviews, we pride ourselves on our exceptional, award winning service.
