Although I am slowly going through the kit and am far from finished, looking at all the material has been extremely helpful in helping me isolate what is important and how to make the information as concise as possible so my adult children will have an easier time of it after I die.

I am so relieved to have this information documented. I added letters to my family and made up a family medical history sheet to be kept with this. Everything I want my family to know is included and organized with tabs so it’s easy to quickly flip to whatever they are looking for.
