Since I wrote the below review, I have been contacted by the company.

I ordered candles on the 5th of December. An email told me that my order was being processed. Today is the 15th. I've had no tracking information or any updates since. 😕
I'm not a happy customer.

Having already purchased from this company before, I bought wax melts & burners as Christmas gifts. The products are beautiful and the smells are wonderful - you can really smell the fragrances all through the house. Would definitely recommend!

I was bought a candle and a couple of refills as a gift. I absolutely love the scents and you can smell them so well throughout the room. I had added the refills to my Christmas wishlist this year - the best candle I have ever come across and I love the refill concept it’s so easy and minimal waste which I love!

Absolutely love the wax melts and flower diffusers, they smell amazing and last for ages. I bought a few things to keep for presents but ended up using them myself. Highly recommended 😊

I bought a box of the wax melts as a gift for a friend, however i was so impressed with the smell of them, I used some myself, so went back to buy more for her. She also absolutely loved them and has since gone and bought more for herself. The wax melts were such a good price for the quality you get, I will definitely be stocking up on more in the future!

Fabulous melts that keep their scent well. Peope always comment how lovely the house smells when I use them. Excellent service and fast delivery.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! i couldn’t tell you how amazing this brand is, i discovered it through Lisa angel and then learnt they have their own website and it’s a family run business. The scents are to die for! Every diffuser I have bought has lasted so long and made my house smell amazing, even tackled that dog smell as well. I couldn’t recommend them enough, packaging is so cute and paying for delivery is absolutely fine due to all orders being hand picked. I have already done my Christmas shopping so they don’t go out of stock :)

Love the wax melts especially the assorted box it makes a lovely gift. I was disappointed with the refillable candle though. The scent was lovely but the refill wick didn’t burn properly. Despite following instructions the wick was to one side and burnt out leaving over half of the remaining candle unusable. A very costly problem. I did get in touch and was advised to chip out the remaining wax and use in a wax melt not really the point. I like the other products just wouldn’t buy the refillable jars again.

Disappointed with the scents of the candles. They're not strong at all. The company ignores your emails and then removes your negative comments and block you. BEWARE! I definitely would NOT recommend them.

Update- I have proof of purchase, proof of emails between us and a screenshot of my review on your socials before it was removed. I'm certainly no competitor as I have no business. I cannot believe the lies you have forged to make yourself look good. Shame on you!

If you think you are getting a natural candle, you’re not! They have chemicals in the ingredients listed. , These candles smell awful and game me a headache. I am returning, unfortunately at a cost to me, please don’t make the same mistake.

These scents are unreal. So strong and really reasonably priced. I've tried lots of brands over the years but this one is definitely the best!

Great products fast delivery and all pick your own melts box have fantastic fragrances would highly recommend The Candle Brand and Christina is a very polite and lovely lady always sends me a email to see if my order has arrived

Love this company bought from them a few times now. I have bought wax melts and flower diffuser and they are excellent. The smell is fantastic and last unlike other products I have bought in the past. Would highly recommend

First introduced to this brand at the Ideal Home Exhibition in April the smell of the diffusers are unreal as are the wax melts x12 in a box. I chose my own and have reordered online since. Delivery was excellent and they offer discount codes!

Don't know what I did without these incredible products.
Amazing smells, subtle and natural and yet somehow fill the house!
My favourites are definitely wax melts in very vanilla and lavender and clary sage.
Customer service is incredible too.
