Store is good
Store is good, products are great. But you should remove that GLS delivery method from the options. Waiting a week for a product that is sold in Galway and getting delivered in Galway address is complete joke.

Thieves
Bought two Darwin CBD vapes, one died within a week the other died within 10 days. They were rated for up to 500 vapes on the shop's website and 600 on the company's. They didn't want to know despite the Irish law on consumer protection. If I buy something and it breaks within a reasonable amount of time or is simply not fit for purpose, a consumer is entitled to a replacement. These people are scam artists and you better believe I'm taking this to the Small Claims Court on principal.

Well, if you're reading this it's pretty clear the level of customer service that Gerry Devaney is willing to offer customers. If you buy a vape and it breaks, don't come back to us. He carries himself exactly as one would expect a CBD and eCig store owner to. I'll edit this to keep anyone interested abreast of how the Small Claims Court proceedings unfold.

I don’t see any name calling there, Gerry. I also don’t regard my desire to have my legal consumer rights respected as any kind of threat. You’re a funny sort, Gerry. No refund for a clear breach of consumer rights yet you’re willing to go to court over €40? If your ability to express yourself and spelling are anything to go by, I’d be hiring that solicitor.

Hi Danny, as we explained today over email. Disposable cbd vapes are exactly that disposable through away. They have 600 puff life span. We simply can not guarantee these devices. We have no way of knowing how many puffs you have had over the 7 to 10 days that you have had both disposables. I'm sorry but as we said today we can not warranty disposables due to the devices been disposable.

Warranty is one thing but Statutory Rights are a matter dictated by Irish law.
The fact of the matter is your vapes broke on me within a week. At 40 quid I think it’s a bit cheeky of you to deny me my Statutory Rights. No reasonable person would use a vape 500 times in 7 days. In legal cases like this they have what is called the reasonable man. Would a reasonable man use a vape 500 times in 7 days? I think not.
We must also take into account how unkindly the courts tend to look at operations like yours. They largely see them as the return of the ‘Head Shops’.
I’ve been in and out of court a few times over the last few years, largely representing myself and winning - one more jaunt certainly won’t do me any harm.
If this is the road you want to go down, by all means, hire yourself a solicitor at 120 quid for the day or you could simply refund me the 40 quid. Totally up to yourself.

Products were good one wasn't working when it came and unfortunately don't live near a store so couldn't get a replacement. Unless I sent back or travelled at my own expense which was a pity as I'm 22e out of pocket so I won't order online again
