Do not order from here. They are not a company but scammed. Ordered in may, they said medication would be here by june. We're now mid July. Absolute rip off. Wish I'd have checked this site 1st. Wouldn't mind but paid about 10 times more than in shop but range is now discontinued 😡email doesn't exist too
I placed an order on the 29.05.2026, due for delivery by the 3rd. 3 weeks later and I have still not received my order and multiple email the The ChemistOnline have been meet with silence.
Opening a chargeback claim via my bank.
Like the others have said, this company is a scam, ordered medication. Never arrived, they never respond to emails and there is no other way to contact. I am still trying to get a refund. They should be shut down, they are also advertising on Groupon.

A lesson learnt.
Scammers! I ordered a product nine months ago from this company. It was never dispatched, and when I informed them of this, they ignored my emails and have not refunded me or supplied the product. I wonder how many other people they have done this to.
AVOID - they are literally THIEVES!
Ordered &paid for 3 dermol. Delivery was only 1. I emailed they never answered. I called but they kept me waiting and passed around till the bxxtches say we are closed.
They spoke different and am now worried this product is fake.

Website said the product I wanted was in stock so I ordered 3 items. Waited over a week so I contacted them via e-mail, no response. Their chat line did not work, so finally phoned. When I finally got through to a human being and after waiting several minutes while she ckecked the order she said it was not available. When I pointed out that the website said there were 93 items in stock she just grunted. These are so called heathcare professionals working in a pharmacy stay clear at all costs, they are truly dreadful
