Good selection of products
There seemed to be a restriction on how much you could bulk buy, without any reason at checkout. V strange. When you're ordering by post you tend to buy in bulk to reduce your carbon footprint.

Excellent service and products
Cleaning Cabinet offer an excellent service and always with a smile. Their range of products is impressive and the delivery options are perfect if you’re unable to visit their store. Have purchased multiple times both from the shop and online and this will not be the last.

It's great we have such a shop in…
It's great we have such a shop in Loughborough and we always support it. The range seems to be growing although they are often out of stock of some items, but perhaps this is due to current delivery problems. Click and collect works as long as you are quick loading. Definitely will keep shopping here.

My dog friendly wax melts were…
My dog friendly wax melts were delivered with no problems and on time, I was excited to use them but found that once they started to melt they had no aroma to them at all, I was extremely disappointed and am sorry to say that I won't be ordering them again.

I am very sorry about this nobody wants an UNSCENTED wax melt. We try our best to keep the lid on the wax melt as we are aware that the scent can dissipate over time. We have sent you another follow up email to see how we can rectify the matter.
I very much hope that we can remain friends but as long as you are happy at the end of this, we are happy.
