Ordered a custom glass mousepad (500x400mm) with my own design. The print quality is excellent. It has vibrant colors and sharp details. Before shipping, they sent me photos and a video of the finished product for approval, which was a nice touch.

The only downside is shipping to Europe. It took almost a month from order to delivery, and the DHL tracking showed no movement for the first three weeks. That was a bit stressful.

That said, the mousepad itself was absolutely worth the wait. Great build quality, smooth glide, and the custom design turned out exactly as I hoped. Would order again.

This is the first time I bought a glass pad with Clustrs and it did not disappoint me one bit. The printing came out amazing and they stayed true to their word and made sure that I was satisfied with how the design looked before sending it out. I sent my order on the 17th of January, got an email on the 19th to make sure that I was satisfied with the quality of the image, and my pad came on the 29th. It has a smooth glide, it is easy to clean, the base sticks to my desk pretty well and is a very good choice for people who want a custom glass pad.

Overall the mousepad has very good quality and highly durable, it is also easy to clean and low maintenance. The shipping was cheap and only took about 15 days to reach me in Australia. Love it

The quality of the mousepad it's quite nice, it feels smooth and sturdy.
Minor criticism would be that the actual print in comparison to the video feels a bit blurry but it could have been because i decided to zoom into the image while uploading it.

Im happy with the Clustrs Glasspad. Its everything they say and more. Its smooth, consistent, durable, FAST, and honestly easy to control. Off the box I could automatically tell a difference in my gameplay. I got faster, more consistent in my shots, and overall just felt more confident. It takes a couple days to get use too, but other than that its really good, and I definetly recommend using.

Ill start off with my only complaint and that's the shipping. I personally had a bad experience but that's not clustrs fault. I bought a custom mousepad i was curious about the image quality and the overall texture in the mousepad. So I put my superglide by pulsar to the side and used the clustrs mousepad. I've been using it ever since. I love the pad it does exactly what i wanted and the image quality is better than I expected. Its a slower glasspad in my opinion but that's why I wanted it. I play all games on this pad before I would swap mousepads to play counter strike but with the clustrs pad I don't have to swap. I play a tac shooter and a arcade shooter for tracking not a single complaint. For longevity ive been using this mousepad non stop since for 4 months I have 0 complaints no wear not scratches in my opinion it actually holds less dust and debry than my superglide. I would recommend this mousepad to anyone and I cant wait to see where the company can improve this pad.

I've tried countless mousepads over the years, but Clustrs' glass mousepad is in a league of its own. The design is stunning (no blurriness on my end!), and the non-slip base stays put even during intense sessions. My only tiny gripe?
