I bought a few items from Collectors Corner over the past month, spending about £600 in total.

Over all I was happy with my items.

Got a lovely Fowler Liverpool shirt, an Eze photo and Gazza photo.

I also bought a lucky dip international shirt. I said "anything England would be amazing" but didn't expect anything.

I received a Declan Rice shirt, which I would have been more than happy with. Unfortunately the signature is really hard to make out. It's the blue England kit and for some reason he didn't sign on the number like most players do. He signed on the blue with a silver pen and it doesn't show up well enough to frame it. I didn't ask to return the item because it says lucky dips cannot be returned, but I did mention my experience and post a photo on their social media on Facebook.

I wrote about my positive experience as well as my negative. They have since removed my comment without reaching out to me at all. Just seems like they don't want any negativity to be seen, even if it well balanced with positivity. Makes the company appear less transparent to me and loses my trust, so unfortunately I don't think I will be using them again. Shame.

Purchased multiple times from collectors corner, all great items. Never an issues. Great communication.

Purchased a signed framed shirt on 21 March. Per the 7-10 days shipping policy, the item should have been shipped by 31 March. This was not done and I did not receive any updates or notifications.

Wrote to them on 2 Apr to check on the status. It's been 5 days (7 Apr today) and still no response.

Really concerned that this might be a scam or illegitimate website.

Was a bit worried when the order was shipped by UPS because they are no good at all where I live, but it arrived and the the packaging was impeccable.

Live in Sweden so there was a little extra cost for custom clearance but that I knew and I had a discount that covered the cost for shipping.

Felt safe with my order all the way and I could track it with no problem.

Will shop there again for sure!

A credit to the hobby wonderful service and knowledge would recommend to anyone interested in sporting memorabilia
