The Comedy Crate Avis 

I attended the Northampton Comedy Festival recently and legged between two venues to watch 3 comedians - some previewing Edinburgh shows. It was a much more fun (and cheaper) experience than the curry and drinks night I had recently. All the comedians veered between smutty, funny, to quirky to hilarious - some were from Northampton, others from Australia and London- really fun to hear the variety of personal experiences being poked fun at. I like the fact that the organisers look after you and really do deliver what they set out to provide - a great night out at really good value.

Great night out, the standard of comics is fantastic. The crowd is always up for it. All in all, one of the best nights out you can have for under £15.

This is a company run by people whose love for the funny shines through in every night they host.

The talent they book is fantastic and on a typical night you should be treated to a great compere and 3 amazing acts.

These guys do their weekly nights at a range of quality venues across Northampton town centre and other parts of the Shire.

They also host a festival one weekend of the year which is too good to miss. A multi day, multi venue experience. Well worth it.

Would highly recommend adding them on your social media platforms to keep up to date with their latest offerings and upcoming events.

The guys have worked incredibly hard to bring affordable comedy to Northampton and the quality of the acts are really top tier.

Always guaranteed a great time in some really super venues around Northampton too.

I’ve been to a couple of Comedy Crate nights and have always had a great time. All the acts were great and I would recommend to anyone wanting a decent night of comedy.

I love what they do. They book crowd pleasers, but they don't book typical comedians. They book intelligent comedy, but it's never pretentious. They book buzzworrthy comics, but they don't book based on someone else's say so. These nights are properly curated for a proper night out. Take your pals, enjoy a drink, have a laugh. London wishes they had the Crate.

A great night is always guaranteed at the Comedy Crate. Top acts from the TV alongside hidden gems and all at a bargain price. I recommend you go along to one of their nights, they are all over the county, and get yourself involved! You won't be disappointed!

Well organised, easy to book tickets. They use great venues and book the best acts for our amusement. If you haven't been to a Comedy Crate gig before, I can't recommend them enough.

The comedy crate nights are amazing. Always really well organised and promoted. Over the years I’ve seen so many acts at the crate that have gone on to be big telly stars.

Doing a fantastic job of bringing established and new comedians to the town

If you want a great night out, and want to see up and coming comedians, comedy circuit favourites and TV stars, don't look any further than a Comedy Crate night. Nights are on most weeks and there are a selection of great venues to chose from and the cost of tickets won't break the bank, prices are an absolute bargain. I never fail to leave a night without my chuckle muscles being well and truly worked out!! Highly recommended 👌😁
