I ordered 2 pair of shorts, the label with my tracking number on my package had someone else’s name on it and was delivered to said person with their order in it. I sent numerous emails to customer service with proof of the wrong information that I had gotten from my local post office but it was the same response EVERY-TIME, that they care and will get back to me. When they responded they said the same thing every time…..”your order has already been delivered” SO FRUSTRATING, this company has ZERO customer service. It’s like they never took the time to look at the information I sent them. NEVER BUY FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY!

Took almost a month to receive, order estimated 5 day delivery.
No communication from customer service. Finally received-wrong length, no invoice, no return, just very a very poor quality short

I would give 0 stars if option. Shame on you Oprah winfrey for promoting this company. They use false advertising by NOT disclosing that returns have to be sent to China which costs more than the 2 women shorts I bought!!!! I was ok with return costs to CA since that is the only address on website. Extremely dissatisfied. The material is comfy but not flattering at all with thr fabric bunching up in front. They also took awhile to reply to my return request email which now makes sense with China return address. I also had to send a picture of the items i was returning? Why if I’m paying shipping cost????

Do not buy from this company, no communication! I want a refund and they will not contact me back. This is a scam and awful! DO NOT BUY!

It took me commenting on their social media post about receiving zero communication for 2 weeks about my purchase for them to respond. When I finally did get my shorts one pair fit but was the wrong pattern, and one was way too small.
It's a shame because the shorts aren't bad quality wise. Sending them back to China is not an option so I guess I'm out 30 bucks.

I too should have read the reviews. I received my order 2 months after placing the order, not realizing it's a company from China. The sizes I ordered were so far off! A medium adult "basketball" short was a child size large! The women's large had a waist size like a teenager, the elastic wouldn't even stretch! So sad. Wasted money, because returning it would be a joke!!!

I ordered a pair of MENS denim shorts on April 22. I finally received a pair of WOMENS denim shorts (wrong style also )3 weeks later. when I finally contacted them they said they would mail a return address label and I never received that! they asked for photos of the shorts, the tags, etc. so I did that. Since then have NEVER heard another thing from them!!!! no return label, no updates. This is HORRIBLE company . Do not order anything from them!

Quick to take my money but sent me the wrong color and it also had a tear in it. It's been weeks since I wrote to them with a photo of the tear up the side. The most I got was an automated email.

If I could give a zero I would. The most horrendous customer service or lack there of that I’ve experienced in a long time. No responses except the canned “we will respond within 24-48 hours” only to never respond. Shocking they are still in business

So many things went wrong.
The colors I received were wrong. I ordered 1 grey, 1 black, 1 khaki. I received 2 black and one pinkish brown.
They fit like loose biker shorts. The material is ALL stretch. There is no twill in them.
The 3 pairs I received all have loose strings all over the hems.
I tried contacting customer service and they never responded even though their website says they will respond 1-3 days from email. Nope.
Company claims to ship from and be located in California. Nope. Why would my order have to "clear customs and land in JFK airport"?
Finally, I saw that this company advertises "Oprah's Favorite Things". I hadn't seen it when I ordered, but it is totally not true.
I think I'm stuck with them as there has been no response from the company.
I do believe the ratings/reviews on their site are fake.

Never received my items. Went ask for a tracking number they did give me one. Statement it was mail through the USPS Post Office. funny thing I work for the post office. It is not a number we use. I did try to track with the number they supply me. It seems to be looping for between two facilities. I ask for a refund. all they do is sent me email with a link to track the parcel. it is not even the Postal link. DO NOT BUY FROM COMFY SHORT.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I too thought this company was from California, nope China. Ordered shorts on 4/22/25, it is now 6/5/25, no sign of shorts. I have emailed them a dozen times with just an automated response. They need a 0 stars option for this joke of a company!

ZERO STARS! Do not order from this company, I wish I had read more before I did. Took over 30 days to receive and now because 2 pair are too big I’ve been trying to return for about2 weeks with only response an automated message! Do not order from these people

If I could give zero stars, I would I have now emailed three times regarding a return. I opened one pair of shorts just to see the size sizes are not true to size of course and I feel like now after my third email they are just waiting to respond to me till after the 30 day mark so I cannot get a refund horrible company no phone number to be found or any way to contact except for this generic email. It’s a shame that it’s a 50-50 crapshoot if a company that you see online is actually going to be a good one. This one is not one of the good ones steer clear.

Only recieved part of my order. The other part of my order was wrong size. Automated response from customer service .it took over a 6 weeks to recieve my partial order.

Horrible customer service. Emailed and got very vague generic response. 6 weeks to receive. Not what I ordered. Good luck returning things. I purchased because I assumed it was an American company. Nope!!! Came from overseas, I believe China. So irritated. Wished I had read reviews before my purchase 🤬

DO NOT ORDER! I ordered some shorts, which ended up not fitting. Althought the website says you can return, they NEVER repsond. I used the online portal and emailed several times with no actual response, and it's been weeks. They send an automoted email saying someone will get back to you, but I have yet to hear anything of help. Waste of money!

Horrible…you get what you pay for. Cheap, material as thin as tissue paper, ill-fitting, sown crooked….need I say more?

Sounds like every other review. Received shorts, from China despite an address in CA on the website. Used the size guide, but they are NOT correctly sized. Have sent three emails as directed on site with only an auto response. No contact number to be found.
