Her communication is faultless, she is prompt and always has time for you, she is personable and has a positive attitude - always! She enables understanding around a subject which to most, including me, is baffling. Step by step she took me through the process and procedures of applying and processing a new FCA licence, whilst explaining it in a way that I could understand and comprehend. She is patient and actually has a personality whilst being completely on the ball - all the time!

Jade made the whole finance application process a breeze, at first it can appear daunting the whole process but Jade made it so simple and easy to understand her communication skills are second to none. She took time to speak to me over the phone to help me understand certain wordings and area of the application which really had be confused.
