Great quality ingredients, Steak excellent quality tasted like longhorn or dexter not young rubbish meat like most supermarkets sell cooked on cast iron griddle was perfect, Accompaning dishes also excellent ingredients provided also very good will be using again

The comprehensive recipe’s and all the ingredients were great.Delivery was also on point.

Easy to follow instructions, high quality ingredients and very tasty meals

I ordered the Goan King Prawn Curry as a treat having been sent an email recommending the company from The Good Food Guide. For the high price of the meal I expected it to be top notch.

These are the points I would like to raise:
1. A shocking amount of unnecessary packaging and fancy folders and recipe cards. Simple and sustainable would be great.
2. I could source all of the ingredients far more cheaply myself from local suppliers.
3. Disappointed with the prawns that were lacking depth of flavour.
4. Overcomplicated recipe card.
5. Customer service patronising and begrudging when I complained that the onion they had sent was soft inside (picture sent to verify the whole onion was soft). It was suggested that this could not have been foreseen, but I always give onions a squeeze and this one was easily detected. A relatively small issue, but due to the cost of the meal, it is actually very disappointing when you are wanting to make this a special experience. Having experienced supplying food to customers online myself, when they make a complaint, you take it seriously and compensate generously, that will ensure they are still delighted with your product and that they will recommend you to others as being a really good all round company.
6. With my £5 apology voucher added, I decided to try the kit option. Again loads of packaging for the small amount of ingredients that are easy to purchase elsewhere.

Sadly, my experience has not been good enough to continue purchasing from this company.

Excellent quality of all products, clear instructions. The accompanying rice was exceptionally good. Great experience recreating the dish, although it did take a little longer than the recipe card said.

Recipes were clear and very tasty. My only reservations were about the inclusion of every day ingredients, like olive oil and vinegar, and the multiple single use plastic pots with salt and herbs. For me, I would have preferred the box without them.

Quality, organisation and it was a lot of fun to create!

Ordered as a treat for my son, it arrived exactly when they said it would so no waiting around for him. It was well packaged and clearly labelled. They enjoyed as a birthday meal treat

Good quality ingredients and simple to follow instructions (I do recommend reading the instructions thoroughly before you start, and doing all the food prep before you start cooking). Arrived exactly when expected.

Really great food, fun experience

What stopped this meal from being a 5 star was a suggested time for the prep. Luckily it was family, but, even with help it took much longer than I would normally have allocated.

Excellent all round

The Malaysian Street Food package was a gift from my nieces. Ordering the package, when I had settled on a date, was completely easy, and the goods arrived on the correct day and beautifully presented. The ingredients were clearly of top quality. The instructions for cooking the four dishes were clear and easy to follow and the whole meal was greatly enjoyed by me and my guests.

Although it was a bit hot for us it was delicious not too complicated to make and was plentyful, thanks very much excellent as usual

Website easy to navigate and good options for delivery date. Contacted by DPD at 10.30am on delivery date to say delivery anytime between 7am-10pm which is ridiculous. There was link to tracking of delivery however this showed the van stationary for several hours about 2 miles from house so chose option to deliver to safe place but this was ignored and left at front door. When finally arrived the outer box was damaged, the rice bag has split and contents leaking from box, the eggs were broken. Potentially could have been a good culinary experience but ended up a costly make-do occasion.

Fabulous product, great quality ingredients. Very generous portions and easy to follow recipes. We had A really fun time preparing and enjoying our Greek Meze. Will definitely do again.

Too complicated a meal for a novice but delicious once cooked
