My experience with The Designs Genius has been absolutely terrible from start to finish. I gave them every opportunity to make things right — countless emails, phone calls, and text messages — yet my website is still not complete. Every time I reached out, I was either talked over, given excuses, or promised deadlines that were never met. I even sent photos and detailed instructions showing exactly what needed to be done, and they still failed to follow through.

What makes it worse is the complete lack of accountability or support. I contacted their information page and explained how frustrating and unprofessional this entire process has been, but nothing changed. The whole experience has been exhausting, disappointing, and a total waste of time. I would not recommend The Designs Genius to anyone who values communication, reliability, or honesty in a business.

This situation has been challenging for me. I have made efforts to remain patient and maintain a professional attitude, especially as a new business owner. That said, when we began in November 2024, David and his team provided attentive service and delivered quality work initially.

However, the primary concern is that the commitments made to me at the start, when I invested significant funds, have not been fulfilled. My website remains inaccessible to potential clients, and the necessary updates to the documentation have not been completed. Additionally, the ongoing support promised, including assistance with Facebook updates, has not been provided since July 18th.

Despite reaching out multiple times, I have encountered repeated delays and unfulfilled promises. While the website appears visually appealing, it is not functioning as agreed. I have requested access to my domain, along with the login credentials, to enable me or someone else to complete the work. Unfortunately, I have not received this information.

David was very attentive when creating my website for my small business. He kept me updated and made changes promptly. I would definitely use them again.

These people are a total scam I paid them $4500 to build my business an invoice system. It was supposed to be done in February its May1, 2025 !, And Mark Stevens will not answer my calls they have locked my invoiced system. I paid a initial $2000 for him to start project another $2000 in the middle of project then Mark said I needed a URL which he didn't tell me nothing about before he started project. I owe him $1000 which I refuse to pay until project is finished. He won't answer my calls or haven't worked on my project since. Yall run from these people they call you from a google phone number. They do not have a actual location for business. These are foreign people trying to get over people. Please ,Please Do not give these people business they will scam you.

Lowri walked me through every step of the process, from initial design ideas to the finished products (banners, shirts, business cards.) The designs were professional and completed in a timely manner. Because the actual printing was done overseas, there was a delay with receiving the materials, but this was beyond control of Designsgenius. When the time comes for website creation, they will be my first contact.

Alex made my experience great. The company will bring your business to the storefront. Whatever you can imagine for your business, they will create something new and innovative to draw customers and is still assisting me presently. I’m thankful. The assistance exceeds the cost.

Before I came to design Genius I had worked with another web designer that couldn’t bring my vision to life. I was on the fence at first but after they sent 5 images of my logo to choose from I was sold and knew I would be working with a company that would create a phenomenal web page for me and they did just that. I’m so happy I chose this company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Not enough updates on progress & when I did get an update. they were always trying to sell me something else. they get you by offering you a complete website for $149.00 which I knew when i inquired, it would be some type of catch. Well the catch is it was an informational website. So I signed up for a $750.00 package that seemed like a good starting point & I asked several times about additional costs & was assured there would be no additional costs. Then they tried to sell me other add-ons that i was told came with the package I signed up for like SEO, Domain + hosting & SSL Certificate. I was also told that if I was not 100% satisfied i would be refunded. As soon as I said that I would like a refund all calls stopped.

I have had the best experience with this company, if you’re lucky to work with the man named David you will be all set, all your worries will be lifted. If your like me I have not an idea, I know what I like, what I am looking for, that’s what makes me so lucky to have gotten the man named David. Thank You so very much . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
