Door Handle Store Avis 

Surprised to read less favourable reviews, my order went ahead with no problem. Arrived as planned and exactly what I expected.

Lovely quality coat hooks,heavy duty, black, antique looking,reasonably priced.

I ordered two external door handles, they were invoiced and charged correctly, but they posted me totally the incorrect handles nothing like paid for or ordered, I have emailed this company five times to arrange collection of incorrect handles, I have tried calling them and you get told your call is in a que and then after waiting ages you get put to a answering machine and you have to leave a message. despite all this they have not once tried to contact me to arrange to sort the issue, its the worst customer service company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, I now have two totally incorrect door handles and no way of obtaining a refund or correction as they will not return any points of contact. DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER

Placed order nothing received or communicated after advised 3-7 days for delivery.
Can't be bothered to communicate with customers. 3 messages, no reply.

Cancelled order, someone received that as it was deleted from account following day. Still no apology or explanation

If I could give zero I would. This company does not respond to their emails, phone just goes to voicemail. Do not order from them

If I could score them any less then I would, the company don't reply to your answer phone messages or emails. Ive ordered from them before and everything was ok but on this occasion I have been waiting over a month for my handles yet still not received them and can't get hold of anyone to find out what is wrong. I strongly urge anyone to avoid buying from this company.

I placed my order on the 8th January 2018, it is now the 12th February 2018 and I am yet to receive my order despite the fact that the delivery stated 1 to 3 days. When calling them I was only met by their voicemail on more than 10 occasions.

This company is clearly not functional and should not be used by anyone who wishes to receive their order.

We needed handles, hinges and other items for 18 internal doors. The door handle store were able to give much better pricing than elsewhere and arranged for next day delivery direct from the manufacturer free of charge. Communication was great. No complaints whatsoever. We'll be back when we need more handles!

over 2 weeks since ordering. No product yet received. No reply from customer services. contacting credit card company tomorrow. Not impressed.

I purchased a product of a brand I had purchased before. The price was too good to be true. When I opened the package the finish was terrible and they had also sent one of the items in the wrong finish. I'm glad I didn't spend much on the items and I'm still waiting to be contacted by their customer services.

I will buy from a more reputable company in future.
