If I could give zero I would. This company has NO customer service. I cancelled an automatic subscription the day I received the bill PRIOR to receiving the item in December 2025. Does sent me a confirmation that my subscription was cancelled and that I would receive a refund on my credit card. Yet in April 2026 I am still dealing with this issue. Dose sent me a bogus illegible tracking number from Amazon on 4/15/26. The lack of customer service is bad enough however, what is worse is that the product caused recent blood work to have a first time only INCREASE IN my liver numbers!!!!!

This company is pathetic! They put me on subscription which I never authorized and charged me
For the 2nd one and I cancelled and asked for refund. So I have been going round and round with this awful company saying I never got a refund and my bank said there is no refund to be seen and they will not acknowledge it. All they say “is thank you but we have refund refunded you.” is there anywhere I can go to really get a refund. I’m at a loss.

Now today product was delivered and charges reapplied. Product is good truly but buyer beware they put you on a subscription and do NOT listen. Reported fraud this morning. Shame on this company- take a good product but then just rip OFF customers- ya gotta be pretty stupid to have no mechanism for LISTENING to your customers… THIS is what will kill your Brand - greed and stupidity

Overpriced and honestly underwhelming. The packaging is excessive, the bottle is not recyclable, and every order came with yet another stainless steel shot cup, I do not need a collection. I drank it daily for over two months and noticed zero difference in how I felt. Also, be aware the return policy is unreasonable.

I just ordered the Special! Quite a few family and friends have already bought this coffee! They have raved about how great it's made them feel and this is without exercise! It is October 21, 2025, I will probably get it in the mail in a few days and we will have a fun time checking it out!! YUMMY!!
Can't wait to leave an awesome review in about a week and everyone can buy this great special price and try this themselves! I couldn't believe what I was hearing.......a company giving away several products with the coffee! I am excited about trying something that is going to allow me to remember what I went in the kitchen for!!! Stomach issues
I do t know maybe I have a sensitive stomach but the day after having a bottle of DOSE. I couldn’t get off the toilet. I had very bad stomach cramps. Wish my stomach could handle it but I need to walk out of my house. Hopefully I won’t have a problem with the return. I will keep updated

Oh, the drama of a bottle of ‘DOSE’ that we don’t even make! 🕵️♀️ While we’d love to take credit for such a mythical product, we’re more into real, carefully crafted blends like Lion’s Mane, Chaga, Reishi, and Cordyceps—none of which have been known to cause toilet meltdowns. 🚽💨
We couldn’t find you in our system, but if you did somehow stumble upon our products, our customer service team would have been thrilled to help. As for this ‘DOSE,’ it sounds like it’s better suited for urban legends than sensitive stomachs. Wishing you happy trails (outside the house) and smooth sailing from here on out! 🌟

Tried to cancel my order, was told to reject it upon delivery…package was taken by costums… now im charged with criminal narcotic charges…. Not a great Day for me.. hope others are more lucky 😊 maybe a Warming to other costumers from Denmark 🙂

We do not know how to react to your rating of us, as there is very little we could have done different: You contacted customer service more than 30 hours after you made your order - and your order was already on its way. You accepted the pop-up telling you that this order might be regarded as illegal in your country. And we refunded the product.
We get why you are emotional - but do not really know how to have fulfilled your needs better.
