The boots feel solid and well made. I just wish I had more colors to choose from before ordering.

Horrible - shoes look nothing like the picture and then return policy is they offer 10% off to keep them or ship them back to China at your cost ($$$$). Would five 0 stars if I could.

Ordered a jumpsuit and even sized up and it was still too small. They’re telling me to ship back to China and I have to pay for shipping or keep the outfit and get 10% back of what I paid. I will never order from here again. I only wish I had gone to the reviews first before I ordered. I would not recommend this site at all.

I ordered a pair of dress shoes for a wedding and what I got was a very cheaply made pair of shoes that kinda resembled the picture advertised online. I sent the picture that they advertised on their website alongside of the shoes I recieved and their answer was that “sometimes the pictures can appear differently than what is recceived because of lighting, and camera angle” which is completely incorrect the shoes I received looked nothing like the picture. My only options was to get only 10% back and keep the shoes or to ship the shoes back to a random address in China. I probably would have spent what it would have cost me in shipping as it did the shoes and I could not be confident that they would even get there and that I would even get my money back if they did. Seems very scammish! Buyer Beware!!

This place is a total rip off. The dress I purchase for $72.95 is nothing like the picture. The dress is very cheaply made & doesn't even come close to the measured they listed on the site. I want a refund however for a full refund I have to ship it back to China which I was advised by my local PO not to do. It's very expensive & they will either say it got lost or they never received it. This is a Scam.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE DRESS CELLAR unless you are willing to accept that a full refund will not be made no matter the reason a refund is being requested.
1. The website provides a California as the state in which the order would be shipped and if not satisfied, a full refund would be provided. Both statements are inaccurate.
2. The product is shipped from CHINA which explains the unexpected, almost four week, delivery time. There is nothing on the website which even remotely alludes to the fact the product is to be shipped from CHINA. The company goes so far as to ensure that the return address label reflect CALIFORNIA. You learn of where the product was shipped from when the buyer initiates a refund request.
3. To return a product and request a full refund, the buyer must pay the international shipping costs, to CHINA, before a full refund would be issued. If the buyer does not want to pay for the international shipping cost, The Dress Cellar offers a 10% refund of the purchase price and the buyer can keep the product. The two options for a "refund" is laughable. So, contrary to The Dress Cellar's website, a FULL refund, for a dress that does not fit, will NOT be issued.
4. Whatever product you find on The Dress Cellar website, and want to purchase, can be found elsewhere. Go elsewhere, confirm shipping location, before purchasing, and perhaps avoid getting stuck with the cost of a product which cannot be used.

Poor garment quality and completely untrue return policy.

I ordered shoes that ended up being poorly, cheaply made and did not resemble the item in the photos. Real garbage. AVOID.

Long shipping time (over 2 weeks) the boots were cheaply made and huge! Return policy, forget it not worth sending back. I thought I was ordering from CA but it came from China. Cheap looking, don't do it!

This site has the worst return process on the planet. They bully you into making an international return when they ship from California.
Buy anywhere else.

I ordered a specific dress on August 4th. I chose The Dress Cellar because they have an address on their website in the USA and returns would be simple.

The dress was delayed and the company was great at updating me that there was a delay.

I finally receive the dress to see it is not the same dress. They made a mistake.

Now, they give me an option of returning it to China (not disclosed on their website) or keeping it for a 10% refund. I am being penalized for their negligence.

Proceed with caution.

Update: 9/4/26
After sending a picture to show their negligence, I was offered to pick another item with a $10 increase in value over the original item.

I insisted on a refund and am now being required to send my package to CHINA at MY expense. Their mistake, my problem.
Proceed with extreme caution if you value your time and money.

Update: 9/12/26
The company acknowledges that the dress I want is OUT OF STOCK and insists on giving me another item. I insist on a full REFUND.

At this point there is nothing further to discuss and communication may stop.

This is the forth dress I have purchased from the Dress Cellar and I just love them all, they are lovely material and really well cut, I always have compliments when I wear them. The clothes are always sent very quickly and well packaged. Would definitely recommend.

Dress was really lovely that I ordered but wasn't suitable when I tried it on for what I wanted.
Delivery took a week, really think there should be a next day delivery option. Refund took over 2 weeks, had to chase it up.

It was so easy to navigate the website. I received it within days of ordering and I live in Dubai. The fabric is so soft and crease-free which makes it great for travelling. Great style … love it!
