Great service
Great service. I ordered three items at around 11pm at night and quickly realised one was the incorrect item. I quickly emailed asking for this item to be cancelled but held little hope this would be processed and assumed I would need to return it. The person handling my request managed to cancel this item and issue me a refund before it was dispatched while still sending the two items I wanted first thing the next morning. This is absolutely great service and so efficient for a small company such as this. I had previously been reluctant to buy from online companies such as this but the service at Drip Corner has changed that. Larger companies such as JD sports or Nike would never be so helpful and would never allow me to partially cancel my order. Products came within 48 hours and were spot on. Great upcoming company, keep it up!

As soon as you got in touch, we tried to make things right by offering you a discount on the item you recieved which was very similar to the one you originally ordered and is actually valued at a higher retail price. As soon as we recieved the item back from yourself we processed a full refund to your original payment method.
