Five star experience. I traded in my magic Air (1st Gen) with Ron after exchanging emails about another enquiry. This lead me to buy the Mini 4k. Ron was highly professional approachable and most importantly has a phenomenal drone knowledge. I would not buy from anyone else now including DJI direct. I will be back to buy in future!

Bought a very good condition used Mini 4 Pro from this site, and battery to go with it. It was exactly as described and flew perfectly on its maiden voyage with me today at the south coast. Amazing company, way cheaper than anywhere else and even tho it was an open box purchase of a dji air3s it was indeed brand spanking new and was delivered by royal mail the following day!! 10/10 service! Highly recommended :)

After purchasing a battery for my DJI Mavic Air a couple of weeks later I noticed a problem with it and contacted them Ron responded by return with an apology and a return label for me to send the bathery back a replacement was dispatched as soon as he received the faulty one. Fantastic customer service and you can be assured I will certainly be buying from you again. Keep up the good work and great customer service in this day and age it really does mean a lot to your customers.

Sent 3x Mavic Air batteries in to get reactivated after not being used for several years. The service itself was incredibly fast, and Ron was quick to respond and even kindly offered me a 10% discount as well. The batteries were reactivated and packaged with plenty of protection and tracked next day delivery. Thoroughly impressed with The Drone Hangar, will be returning to them for any further drone issues I may have in the future.

I have recently purchased a used drone, a Mavic 2 Enterprise from these guys. The drone turned up and looked to be in near perfect condition. I tried to download the dji Pilot app to fly it but my phone has android 14 which is too advanced so I contacted Ron. He said I could send it back for a refund but l decided to order a second hand phone running android 8. Ron told me to take as long as I needed to see if I could get it to work. The phone arrived, Pilot downloaded and after firmware updates and calibrations the drone tested. No problem. I would like to say, The Drone Hanger have been so professional, patient and easy to work with so l would recommend them to anyone wishing to buy goods from them. I will certainly use their services again if l need anything drone related that they sell. Thanks again Ron.

I had an Air 2s, which I purchased elsewhere, but I found out that it had saltwater contamination and beyond economic repair.
Contacted Drone Hanger but missed a replacement Air 2s. Ron was really helpful and told me that there was another one due in store. He kept me informed and it arrived today. In excellent condition, as described.
Really helpful service, just wish they could stop it raining, so I could go try it out lol.
