Not 2-5 days shipping as stated!

I ordered an electric toothbrush as a gift. The order stated 2-5 day delivery to the UK. Nine days later, and it's still in transit. I've seen so many 1-star reviews for this company and feel I've dropped the ball on this one. Time will tell. Please don't advertise 2-5 days free shipping, if this isn't the case!

I ordered an electric tooth brush, me to say order has been shipped and dispatched I have recieved 5emails claiming out for delivery but still waiting for delivery,scam scam

When customers order and pay for items, theirs no need to keep sending emails,(your parcel has been dispatched)when you receive these emails every day and no parcel,you have to say this is a scam, when you only need a message saying your parcel is out for delivery

Fraudulent transaction?

I ordered more than a month ago, and haven't received my shaver and extra head. I am in almost daily contact with the company, and am starting to think they have simply stolen my money.
After this appeared, the company refunded my money.

Do not buy from here

The service i have received from this company is unacceptable when buying my item i was told item was bought and delivered from the UK then I get tracking from China 2-5 day delivery is now getting to 11 day's item still not here

I ordered a shaver over a week ago and…

I ordered a shaver over a week ago and it said 2 to 5 working days .
By tracking it today it's still in China, I have emailed and sent them a message asking when I will receive it, BUT with no reply as of yet.
Not knowing now if this is a scam, I will wait and see.

Don’t buy!!!

I tried to use this. There were no directions included. The only way you get a refund is if you don’t use it. Well if you don’t use it, how do you know if it works or not? That’s such an idiotic policy!!! Such a waste of money!!! Didn’t work on my legs at all!! Don’t purchase!!!

I am giving the Electronics Hub this rating because of the after sales service. We had a performance problem with the shaver and Jessica had a new one sent to us in a matter of days. Could not be happier.

Problem fixed very fast

I had a problem with my order... I placed and paid for my order and AFTER was offered a 10% discount on my first order.... I brought this to the attention of their customer service dept and they honoured the offer and gave me a refund of the discount back into my account within 24 hours.... no fuss at all... this I think was fabulous service... I will certainly buy for them again!

It's been very frustrating

It's been very frustrating, I ordered it August 24th. I still have not got it. Sometimes I can translate and sometimes it won't translate. The tracking number does not give me any date that's expected to arrive. Well checking the tracking. I thought I was able to chat with somebody live but that turned out to be an ad and they wanted money that's not happening. You have my money and I do not have my product or any idea when I'm going to get it.

RoHS CE nanshitixudao BG-359 Shaver

As with Daniel, I found the electric razor to be an exceptionally poor product. Even with a 100% charge, the motor is too weak to cut my whiskers. The site that sold it to me gave it a top rating vs. more expensive electric shavers. Impossible!

This razor is pathetic. It does not work worth a crap. I'm throwing it away. Worst razor ever. I can't even tell who made it. Sad.
