Easy to order and beautifully presented
It was very easy to put together a bespoke gift and have it delivered.
I had forgotten to put a message with the order and Roisín contacted me by email to remind me, which was extremely helpful. The gift was delivered within 2 days of ordering and was received with delight.

Thoughtful gifts for someone going through a very difficult time. I love the idea of all these gifts in the one place, beautiful quality, and thoughtfully selected. Easy to choose and send in a lovely gift box with a heartfelt message for a precious loved one going through an awful diagnosis/treatment. Also, excellent customer service. I had forgotten to chose a gift box and to include a message for the recipient, but the lovely people at Elephant in the room noticed, contacted me and sorted it right out, even sent me a photo of the finished package ready to sent off. Great company, wonderful customer service. Five stars.

Excellent service
Excellent service, very fast delivery and the recipient was thrilled with the socks, herbal tea and mug which was beautifully packaged I believe. During her treatment she is cold so the socks are a godsend and is feeling nauseous and can’t drink regular tea, she is looking forward to trying the herbal tea. Well done on selecting really useful gifts xxx

Very positive experience with this company. They were very considerate and communicated really well. Things I had not thought of so I would definitely use them again. Gift was wel wrapped and seems to have been very well received. Very thoughtful.

What a lovely company to deal with
What a lovely company to deal with. From the order right through to delivery it was a pleasure. These gifts are inevitably at times of worry and distress but it was genuinely lovely to deal with this company. The hamper was also beautifully created. I cannot recommend theelephantintheroom highly enough.

Fantastic Irish Business
First of all I was so delighted with the high quality and how pretty the mastectomy pillow was and how much my mom loves it, but the customer service Roisin makes sure her customers receive is absolutely fantastic too!
