Sent the wrong order, no communication
I was sent the incorrect order (ordered two masks without valves, but two masks with valves arrived). I emailed on the same day the wrong order arrived to inform them, providing my order number and photos of the incorrect delivery. I never heard a thing back. What a waste of my time and money.
[Update 19/10] as soon as I published this review I sent a follow up email and was contacted immediately with an offer of a free replacement. It shouldn't take a negative trustpilot review and chasing to get to this situation, but I appreciate the offer so I uprated my review from 2 to 3 stars to reflect this.

IMask review - really impressed
I took advantage of the promotional offer and tried a free iMask. Nice in black. I’ve a largish head with a long narrow face so find it hard to get a good fit. Large masks tend to be too wide and regular ones not long enough, so move around when I speak. I’m very pleased to report the iMask fitted really well and was very comfortable and easy to breathe too for an FFP3. Key features are a good stiff nose wire, adjustable cloth elastics (not rubber bands) that feed through the mask - really easy to adjust, and a generous and comfortable closed cell neoprene style foam across the nose for the full width of the mask, giving a really good fit without leakage. A much better fit for me than both Aura and HY in this cup (3 part) style.

Well-packaged. (These P3 filters are fragile...)
The most important thing? My GVS Elipse replacement filters were packaged in a good, strong box. (Filters are fragile...)

Very simple and easy to make order, face mask was of good quality, ordered when I was in hospital with Covid. Arrived in stated time, so I will be using for couple of weeks whilst at work till my immune system is 💯. Highly recommend and would buy from again
