Christina was extremely helpful, efficient, and quick to respond! I accidentally ordered the wrong size and realized it after I had already placed my order. I emailed customer service, and Christina responded quickly each time and was able to switch the item for me in time!

This literally made my day, especially because great customer service can be hard to find these days. Not only did Christina help me and save the day, but she also followed up afterward to make sure I didn’t need anything else. That extra touch really stood out to me!

I’ve already recommended FashionPass to multiple friends—not only because of the amazing price point, but also because I constantly receive compliments whenever I wear the items. Now, I’ll be adding that their customer service is truly 5 STARS!

I ordered the same week as my vacation for the first time and the website is super simple to navigate. I was so happy that the items I wanted were in stock and came 3 days after I placed my order. Everything fit perfectly and I am super excited to get my next order. I could not recommend FashionPass enough! They even reached out to me a few days after I received my clothes to see how my experience was going, which I appreciate. They care about their customers no matter how big the company is.

I am truly enjoying Fashionpass. I love that I can rent 5 clothing pieces and an accessory twice a month. The clothing is super cute and arrives fast, like 3 days! To send it back, just put the clothing in the prelabeled bag and drop it off at the closest FedEx drop off location, which in my case it's a dollar general. And to make things better, the customer service is top-tier.

FashionPass customer service is consistently top notch. I recently had issues with my package and the courier delivering it to the wrong location resulting in a missing package. The team at FashionPass quickly responded to me with a stepwise approach at an attempted recovery and even refunded a portion of my monthly payment for the days I missed service. They are friendly and customer focused which is why I will always be a return customer.

I love FashionPass and their customer service team is probably the best I’ve ever worked with. On the rare occasion I’ve needed to reach out, they’ve resolved the issue in a timely manner and the interaction is always so friendly and positive. I love being a member!

I had placed my order with expedited shipping and when it said it wasn’t going to be here when it said it would, I reached out and the customer service I was met with was some of the best I have ever received. Not only was my servicer polite, she showed me how much FashionPass values their members and wants them to be taken care of. I haven’t been a member for long but I have loved my experience. I've only received my first shipment, and I'm already so impressed. Everything arrived in beautiful condition, the quality was amazing, and some of the pieces even had the tags still on. I’ve been using this service for a couple years now, and I’ll say, their customer service is unbeatable. There’s been a few instances where the shipping company hasn’t gotten my order to me in the time it was supposed to, and FashionPass has always done everything they could to make things right. Love them!

I have had such a positive experience with FashionPass, from the accuracy of clothing arrival times, to the quality of the clothing & selection. But recently I had to contact support and this is what really sent me to write a review. Emma & Jade took such good care of me with kind & speedy responses. This is the type of thing that will create long time customers (like myself) 10/10 experience!

Sara was even more accommodating than I would have expected. She could have offered to just replace a damaged item with one other but she offered an additional piece because she’s a girl and knows we all get excited for the clothes we order. I’ve been renting FashionPass for a while, and it’s my favorite clothing service! The quality of their clothes is amazing. I often get clothes still with tags on them! Aside from the clothes, the customer service is 10/10. If I ever have any issues with my delivery, they look into it right away! They are incredibly helpful and quick to respond.

Lost package, quick solution! I had a FashionPass delivery that was eventually returned to my home after a neighbor dropped it off. At first, I thought it was lost because I received a delivery notification, but nothing was on my porch. I reached out to FashionPass, and Christina quickly sorted it out. She was fast to respond and compassionate about my situation. I answered a set of questions and sent a video of the mail carrier, who had not dropped off my package. It was left at a neighbor’s, and I received it a couple of days later. Christina was an absolute delight! She credited my account and even included an extra item in my next order for the inconvenience. She did everything she could to help, and I appreciated it so much! Top-tier customer service, and I’ve been with FashionPass for about 4 years now. They have always been great!
