I ordered from The Fine Store and the…
I ordered from The Fine Store and the products arrived fine, but I was caught out by import VAT. While the VAT charge itself is correct, the store buries the information about UK VAT in their FAQ, which is hard to find and even contains a typo.
Prices at checkout appear final, giving the impression that VAT is included when it is not.
This made the purchase confusing and could easily mislead UK customers.
I hope the store improves upfront pricing transparency in the future.

Attente en snelle service.
Het product was een zwevende plank. Ik ben naar de winkel gegaan om een andere te halen omdat ik hem zo mooi vond.
Daar beantwoordden ze onze vragen vriendelijk maar lieten ze ons ook de ruimte om andere producten in de winkel te ontdekken.
Ik ben heel tevreden.

Heetwaterdispenser
Na mijn klacht over de heetwaterdispenser, kreeg ik zonderpardon een nieuwe toegestuurd, terwijl.ik er niet eens om gevraagd had.
Snelle tractie, vriendelijk zonder gedoe!!!!
