The Fire Place Warehouse (Burnley( Ltd Avis 

I visited the Burnley store initially to get some ideas for a gas media wall fire.
We were greeted warmly by the bubbly young receptionist as we entered who went on to tell us the shops layout & were the coffee machine was.

We live in a 'newish' house without a chimney and after speaking with the store manager, Neil, came to realise that we would never have a gas fire turned on & would never use it. We would also have to have an expensive flue system that we never even thought about.

We looked at the New Forest 1600 electric media wall fire instead and was amazed at how realistic they look. Neil spent a lot of time explaining how everything worked & we were impressed that there were no hard selling or pushy saleman techniques that we have experienced at other shops.

Neil emailed all the sizes, pictures and links to us within 2 hours of us leaving on Saturday afternoon and we rang & placed our order this morning (Sunday).

The selection is massive and I mean MAHOOSIVE!, so dont bother going anywhere else, its all under one roof in Burnley - Outstanding :-)

From walking through the door, friendly staff waiting to help. Neil showed us many fires and explained the workings in a manner even I could understand! The showroom is well laid out to enable you to get a good idea of how they'd look in your home. A very good lead time as well. Thank you.

We have been looking at replacing our existing fireplace with a media wall so called in to have a look around. Wow is all I can say, there are so many different displays to choose from, we came away so excited, back home now measuring up.

Visited the store for some ideas on what fireplace i could have. staff were more than helpful and on my 2nd visit purchased a fire and surround, very pleased and happy.

Bought our fire from the fireplace warehouse in Burnley it looks amazing in our media wall. We have used the heat this summer ( yes summer) so that we didn’t need to put the central heating on and it’s perfect for us.
John Hobson who served us was very knowledgable. Lisa who we spoke to for our after care could not have been nicer.

The manager who dealt with my order was the most unpleasant, difficult and unhelpful person you could ever have the misfortune to deal with. He was even rude to an old couple who came into the showroom, who stupidly asked for something they didn't do. Sucks sweets whilst on the phone and takes pleasure in making the whole process as difficult as possible. He hates customers basically. Avoid, they don't deserve your business. And don't bother complaining to the Burnley HQ, they wont even call you back.

From order through to installation, I couldn’t have been happier. Great service, the installation was quick and high quality and we absolutely love our wood burning stove. It warms the whole house!!!!

Attentive, knowledgeable staff who listened to our requirements and suggested possible fire and fire surround solutions. Nothing was too much trouble especially the numerous phone calls they recieved from me.
