I recently ordered from The Flaming Candle and I had a pretty good experience. The ordering process on their website was straightforward, which I appreciated.
What really caught my attention was how fast my order arrived. It showed up quicker than I expected, and everything was packed well, so nothing was damaged. Thank you!

Fast shipping and amazing scents

First of all, the vials were packed great, no leakage like other suppliers. The scents I chose for my candles were top notch, as always. I get great response (and sales) on my candles that I sell at Farmer's Markets.

I just got my first order after exclusively using Candle Science, because FCC was cheaper. Three out of six bottles were significantly under-filled. No response to request for a partial refund, Candle Science would NEVER. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for, back to Candle Science! I’ve had leaky bottles from CS, gotten an immediate response and replacement. It’s not worth the savings if 1/3 of the product is missing!

I love the options, I love the way they smell, I love receiving my fragrances. My orders arrive fast and the scents are spot on.

I was honestly a little hesitant to place an order after everything surrounding the buyout, but I had a positive experience overall. My package took a little longer than expected to arrive due to shipping time outside of their control. That said, everything arrived fully intact with no leaks or damage, and the fragrance oils smell great. I’m very happy with the products I received.

I've been ordering from The Flaming Candle Company for almost five years and I’m so impressed with the quality of the fragrance oils and wax from this company. The scents are beautiful, strong, and true to the descriptions. You can tell they use high-quality oils and wax, and they perform wonderfully in my candles and wax melts. On top of that, shipping is incredibly fast, which is always a huge plus when you’re waiting on supplies. I’ll definitely be ordering again and highly recommend them to any candle or wax melt maker!

Love your scents and website, and I received my order promptly. However, one of the bottles leaked, and some of the labels are wiping off. I managed to rescue them, but it might be an idea to wrap the bottles separately either in a baggy or some paper wrapping so the leaker doesn't disturb the other bottles in the order.

I like the fact I can buy smaller amounts of wax when testing new candles. Having to buy 10lbs just to test can be very expensive, buying in 2lbs and 5lbs allows a lot more testing without breaking the bank. i also don't have to store wax i am not going to use.

Everything I've ordered has been pretty great. I did have 1 bottle leak but not much.

I loved my new fragrances. I am excited. I made some wax melts with them this past weekend and I’m looking forward to making my fall candles.
