Jonathan and Jake went above and beyond delivering a 4m worktop into an awkward space . Hats of to the lads they persevered and managed to get it there. Sorry hope I haven't given you a hernia 😆. Great company and fantastic lads absolute 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brilliant customer service, listened to what we needed for our new flooring and gave good advice and range of options for our budget. Kept us informed throughout the process. LVT and carpet fitters were very professional and did great job. Really pleased with the service and finished floor. Will definitely go here again for future flooring.

Stairs and Landings plus vinyl flooring
We chose a herringbone carpet for two staircases and landings, along with matting for the entranceway and new vinyl flooring - after an issue with the initial fitter The Flooring Outlet after sales team were quick to resolve by sending a new team of fitters to rectify the problems - great job!

Thank you to Ben and Pete. Can’t fault them from start to finish, the owner is lovely and so was the fitter! Honestly I haven’t stopped telling everyone how these guys go above and beyond to make sure you’re 100% happy. Recommend and will be using again

The best place Iv seen and good prices
Fantastic place loved them a lot cheaper then other places bought laminate flooring Lino and carpet from them would highly recommend 👍

The home visit was very useful...
The home visit was very useful as it meant we could see what samples looked like in our own home and have a discussion as to what would be best without having to describe it and do our own measurement which could have ended up being wrong. Everyone was very friendly and will definitely use this company again in the future if I need more flooring!

5 stars just isn't enough!
We have worked with The Flooring Outlet throughout 2024, with them supporting us in providing resources for some extremely vulnerable children. Ben and his team donated over £7500 worth of artificial grass for our sensory garden, meaning we could provide more equipment for the children in the space, sponsoring our girls football team and supporting us in our fundraising events with donations. I cannot recommend the ethos and attention to detail from The Flooring Outlet.
