I was doing some research into fishing waders and came across The Flyfisher via a google search. The product range was great and I was narrowing down my list of suitable waders. I was having a little trouble figuring out the sizing guide and noticed the live chat function. Being 8:30pm on a Saturday night I was not expecting to receive a response until Monday, but within seconds Andrew responded and answered my questions. I placed my order with his advice on sizing.
On Monday Andrew rang me with the news that because of the Covid virus, I might not receive the waders in a timely manner...... the next weekend was Trout closing, this was not good.
Andrew helped me out over the phone in choosing waders and boots that would suit my needs, they arrived on Wednesday, perfect fit.
I would like to thank Andrew for his excellent customer service and product knowledge, I will be back to shop again and shall call into the store next visit to the city.

Getting back into fly fishing after a number of years it was great to get such professional and friendly service from the The Flyfisher staff.
