Fragrances compare favourably with the originals. The 5ml 'tester' sprays are great to compare them before committing to a larger size!

Good Fragrances, but Longevity Could Be Better
I ordered 5 testers and the fragrances smell close to original. However, the longevity is a bit disappointing, as they don’t seem to last more than 3 hours (though they might perform better in winter). Considering the price, I’m not too disappointed, but I would really appreciate it if they lasted at least 6 hours.

Bought perfume that was inspired by Valaya marly, it does not smell anything like it but smells manly. Requested a refund and return on 3rd of April and still no reply . Would not buy again.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, what I ordered and what was shipped was different. Contacted customer service and they weren’t interested in helping even though the website says they will do everything to keep the customer. Well as of today they have lost my custom. Not good enough .
Note to the company, please don’t reply to this as I gave you four chances to correct your error already.

The item ordered was our Perfect Gift Bundle, which includes 4 × 5ml samples and a gift bag. This was packed and dispatched exactly as advertised and as shown on the product page.
We understand there may have been some confusion, but the bundle does not include 5 samples, and 5 individual samples would be a higher value than the bundle purchased.
We have reviewed your previous contact with us and did respond with this explanation, as the order received was correct.
We’re always happy to help where there has been an error, but in this case the order was fulfilled as intended.

Definitely recommend
My sister recommended Fragrance World after I kept commenting on how good she smelt. It was easy to navigate the website, fast delivery, items packaged really well and the fragrances are spot on. In fact someone at work commented on how nice I smelt (which never happens).
