Purchased an XL water bath and Chiller from the Frenchbuldog.

Genuinely could not recommend them enough. Amazing bit of kit and the customer service i received was phenomenal.

I was struggling to link up the chiller to the bath, but with help from the guys at the Frenchbuldog, I managed with ease.

Really pleased with the product and service. And will 100% recommend use again when its time to upgrade.

I purchased a thefrenchbulldog ice repair mini. Pod for you and used it less than two weeks with bromine tables in dispencer. cother washed in ECC friendly wash plus havng a shower with cold rises before i used this and the base of the POD discoloured yellow. I contracted the supplier (Peak Health and Fitness) and kept been told i was suing this wrong regardless of how many times i confirm i was following the correct instructions. Plus sending them photos too. The supplier thefrenchbulldog.co.uk and Peak Health states: "We understand your frustration and want to assure you that we take product quality very seriously. Our Repair Barrel Mini is manufactured to the highest standards, and we have never had any reports of discoloration caused by the product itself.

We understand that you are confident that there is nothing in your water or eco wash that could be causing the discoloration.

We also want to assure you that we do test our products for discoloration. We have a team of engineers who work tirelessly to ensure that our products meet our high standards for quality and durability.

When I asked to see the tesing documents and quality assured, they said yes, then backdown and stated there is confidential information there that can be sent out. When i wrote to them stating : "Once again this is not acceptable and the pod has discoloured and you keep advising that the product has been full tested for this but the pod I have has discoloured therefore must be faulty.

I have already confirmed there is no fault on how I use this nor is the pod out to the elements.

I am still under the customer rights, please send a replacement.

They then following write: "We understand the concern over discoloration, and we want to emphasize that our products are manufactured and rigorously tested to meet high standards for durability, including resistance to environmental elements and normal use. However, as per our guidelines, any discoloration caused by external factors or incorrect use—including improper cleaning agents, certain chemical additives, or environmental exposures——is not covered under warranty

Our warranty and return policies are outlines within the product sections, specifically address cases of potential misuse. These policies specify that, for any THEFRENCHBULLDOG product, discoloration due to misuse, environmental factors, or external substances does not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

We highly recommend reviewing these policies for further clarification. If you have additional questions or need guidance on proper product maintenance to prevent future discoloration, please reach out however as fair as THEFRENCHBULLDOG is concerned this matter is closed.

I was not happy with their reply and felt that they are implying that I have lied after number of time confirming i have followed all the guidelines: The Peak came back and stated :Hello Jacqueline,

I am not sure why you think we are calling you a liar, this is inaccurate.

I have spoken to our supplier directly about the issue and there is no flexibility on this unfortunately. We are constrained by their warranty and approach to these specific issues, this is outlined in the warranty for this product.

I can offer you a discount on any future purchases as a token of goodwill. I apologise this hasn't been resolved in

I popped into the plymouth branch today and saw Sharon Pengelly. I found her to be excellent. Sharon explained everything to me and we had great rapport.

The team at THEFRENCHBULLDOG, are a great asset to the company. Highly knowledgable, and the communication has been excellent, any questions answered within 24hrs. They are also extremely personable.

Now on to the product.... it's great! The affordability, of course, is a bonus, but the quality of the product is what makes it stand out from it's competitors. You can tell from the get go that it is going to be durable, plus, I love that they are produced using a drop-stich floor.

The fact that the heat fusion makes the manufacturing a more skilled, timely and, ultimately, a more expensive process, it's amazing how they have managed to keep the costs down for their customers. Which goes to show these guys truly believe in the product they are selling. And it being a more environmental process is win win all round.

Oh, and delivery was really speedy too!

Only had the Repair Pod for a few days, so little early to give it five, but have to say it seems very good; well made, quick to fill and convenient.
Delivery was quick and well packaged.

Bought the repair Barrel and did a really good choice.
It was shipped really quick and it's exactly what I asked for. Really good product!

I just love my ice bath after a hard gym work out or even a hard days gardening, I no longer have that next day muscle ache although it does take a while to build up your time stamina.
Delivery was super fast and the price is excellent as it the quality.

As a person who's main hobby is gym training and cardio, I have a lot of experience when it comes to ice bath treatment. I have been using Lumi ice baths for a while and while they work great, i was looking for something that shred the same aspirations that i do. TheFrenchBulldog came with a small book that talks about ice bath meditation and the postitive effects, which I really connect with, and the overall cheaper price of the baths, barrels and pods made it so I could afford both a bath and a barrel. I find the quality and sturdiness of these baths to be a lot more reliable and professional feeling than Lumi, and I highly suggest these ones instead. AMAZING PRODUCT!
