One of the lads up from the midlands to the northeast to fit the Bearlock yesterday. Took around an hour.
I was shown how it works and give the keys.

Clean installation and works perfectly.

Having researched a number of security options, I decided that the Bear Lock was the best option for my campervan. From first contact, I found the communication with Theft Stop to be excellent and they were very accommodating with arranging an installation date with me.

I had the bearlock fitted some 18 months ago and it has been a great product, no issues.

A rattle started to happen and it looked like it was possibly something to do with the bearlock so I contacted them and arrange for Andrej to visit to have a look.

Andrej arrived on time and introduced himself, such a nice man, so polite.

He had a look at the bearlock but couldn't find anything wrong so off came the dash and he soon spotted the issue, nothing to do with the bearlock but he fixed it for me anyway which was really appreciated.

Not a straightforward ask from me as I wanted to have the job done on a particular afternoon during a one off trip to the Peak District. Not only was it no trouble for them to accommodate me, the liaison was superb from start to end and all came together like clockwork.
The kit is top drawer and gives me such reassurance that my vehicle will be safe and secure.

The company were very accommodating with fitting dates as I have a busy work schedule. Martin, who fitted the lock, was very professional and fitted it in just over an hour. Martin also gave some good advice re a steering lock I have which is a great help.

Great product, great service. Theft Stop fitted a bear lock to our old camper van and it gave us real peace of mind having that level of security fitted so we decided to use them again on our new van. I had my bear lock installed in my campervan this afternoon by Martin and the entire experience with the team at Theft Stop has been great! As I've only had it installed for less than 24 hours I can't speak on the longevity of the bear lock, but from the explanation of the system and how it works from Martin once it was installed it seems like a really solid product and lock system.

Martin travelled to me to install the lock system and was on time and called ahead to confirm ETA and fitted the lock in just under 1 hour!

I had a gear selector lock fitted today on my camper. I am extremely happy with the installation. It is neat and very unobtrusive. The fitter worked well an was very clean and tidy. The whole process from ordering to fitting was simple and professional. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

As our van was in build and 200 miles away, Martin kept me updated throughout install; a video inspection of the van before installation, wrapping the steering wheel and gear knob and parts of the dash in protective film before he started. On completion, Martin sent me a finished video and detailed explanation of how to use the Bear Lock. A totally professional install.

I would not hesitate in recommending Theft Stop and Bear Lock, to anyone looking to add extra security to their camper van. A first class service and product that should be a factory fitted option to any van. Well done and thanks Jaros!
