I attended the clinic for a test. The experience was good. The staff were extremely friendly and very attentive. They explained to me how the text will be done and throughout this time they always had a big smile on their face.

The healthcare professional was very nice and seems to be be knowledgeable about her job. The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable was the hygiene. I was a little taken aback when I was asked to lie on the bed but with no throw away liner. In fact no cover at all. So I was quite uncomfortable not knowing whether the bed had been disinfected after the previous patient. Overall it’s was an ok experience

It took too long to book the appointment as there seems to be a messaging system between the person on the phone line & the person who actually books the appointment. Had to chase & only got a call back once appt was marked urgent.
Apart from problems booking the rest of the service was great

Although a not pleasant test the staff were very good and explained everything clearly, making sure I was informed and did everything in your own time. (Edinburgh clinic)

The review excellent - however medication was recommended and we were told this would available over the counter but this was not is was prescription medication only. Without notification to the GP we can’t h get this mediation as advised. We are unclear how to proceed m. The therapist needs to ensure advice is actionable

The only disappointing side to the whole experience was the distance to travel to a clinic there was nothing local and took a whole day out of work to travel there and back. Poor clinic region options.
In clinic the procedure was brilliant and relaxed as it could be. If it was not for the distance traveling this would be 5 star. Clinic location was Birmingham not mention in the list below.

The nurse who handled my 24-hour acid reflux monitoring was absolutely outstanding. From the initial explanation of the procedure to the removal of the device the following day, everything was handled with professionalism and compassion. She took the time to clearly explain how the monitor worked, what I should expect, and how to document my symptoms accurately. Her calm and reassuring manner made what could have been an uncomfortable experience much easier. I truly appreciated her patience and attention to detail. Excellent care from start to finish.

Fay was very professional and explained the procedure thoroughly beforehand. She talked me through each step as it was being done and was calm and settled my nerves...

The instructions for use were clear but I was very disappointed that the video no longer exists. You should be available to take phone calls - patients are already not feeling confident and this doesn’t help.

Prompt, efficient, competent and most of all kind! I felt safe and looked after.

Professional and efficient Drs and nurses. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, spacious and hygienic treatment and waiting rooms.
