The Gas Centre and The BBQ Shop Avis

Exactly as ordered. Delivery was quick, by a company that kept me fully informed and conveniently offered me easy options for redelivery/selecting a safe place/etc which makes a huge difference.

I am a PTA mum and I needed to hire a BBQ for a school event.
It was almost a last minute decision for me, despite that the staff was very helpful, professional and patient to deal with any of my questions.
The BBQ was delivered in good time for the event and without the BBQ and so much help and support from the staff (even the BBQ tools were included the last minute) we would not have had our success!
A big thank you to Mark and his colleagues from PTA, parents, Tiffin pupils and myself.
Above all, I would like to say that this company is about competitive hire prices and best customer care. Highly recommended!

The staff at the shop offered great advice, they too time to show the pros and cons of the different BBQ's they sell. Their prices were very reasonable, almost as cheap as internet prices, but having the benifits of a shop and being able to "touch and feel" what you are buying

Website was easy to navigate. Product arrived much quicker than anticipated and I have been very happy with the quality. Also impressed that just the right amount of packaging was used to protect the product and not swathes of unnecessary packaging that would have ended up in the bin otherwise. Also impressed by something tangential, which is that I have not been inundated with any emails after the purchase. Almost every other product I have bought online recently has brought with it unsolicited and unwarranted slew of subsequent spam.

In summary, would really recommend this company. So much so that I am writing this review, which I would not normally make time to do!

The Gas Heater I bought was for the conservatory.This model is ideal and is now in regular use.It has now enabled me to use the conservatory all year. Would recommend this product

Ordered Provence model Friday pm 18 Dec, delivered Tuesday am 22 Dec. to Northeast Scotland. Very happy with service and quality of product.

I would recommend this supplier to everyone. My order was placed out of hours over the weekend, 9.30am Monday morning a phone call to say could they deliver that morning, another call to say he was outside my house, delivered fire into my lounge, unpacked, set up and explained how to use. How could you better this service ? I would score it a 10 out of 10,

Looks good, heat good however 4 kw. Would be better, first 6 hr had a smell of it OK now

We ordered a Flame effect fire which needed a spacer to fit on flat wall & they checked with Manufacturer to find what we needed. When fire arrived there was an issue with a damaged surround which was sorted very efficiently by the calor cas centre. Very impressed with service, would recommend as also were very competitive on price.

Fire ordered, received within a couple of days, all up and working GREAT!!

I spoke to the company who were very polite & efficient. Delivery was fast and courier communication very good down to the point of actual delivery within an hour time slot. Only awarded 4 stars as the fire was slightly damaged/dented on opening, however this was not down to the supplier but a courier fault. The product is also very good.
