Great communication and cutting
The company made contact with me to give me a date of when I would expect my piece of polycarbonate. It was cut to size as per my wishes and I have now fired it. My house partner and I are most happy.

Excellent product and good service
Excellent product and good service. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Lisa Atkinson. Her advice on the installation was greatly appreciated by my builder, who struggled a bit. We had to return the unused beam and once again Lisa sorted out return and the refund.
I would thoroughly recommend The Glazing Shop.
Well done guys.

Tricky fitting
All products were delivered on time and as ordered but assembly proved to be more tricky than expected. The product design would benefit from some improvement

Thank you very much for your review Steve. I'm sorry that on this occasion you found the bars difficult to fit. We don't normally have any isses with the fitting of this bar but if there is something missing from our fitting instructions on the site that made this more tricky please let me know and I will definitely add it for future users. I am grateful for anything that helps us to improve the information we provide
