They advertise "Instant withdrawals" but they all take minimum 5 business days, im waiting for one since 8/10/2026

Exactly as described

Bought 3 knives and a sharpener and was disappointed in the presentation sharpener was in a box which wasn't appropriate for the item a box containing which included kitchen utensils, and the knives just wrapped in bubble wrap would have thought a better presentation when giving as a gift Emailed company twice and no response I paid a reasonable price so to me just want your money and no after sales explanation

Excellent product at a very good price.

After spending a fair amount on the BBQ, I decided to purchase the matching Char Broil cover instead of the much cheaper types on offer on various web sites. The cover is well made from a strong material, it fits the BBQ nicely and has two velcro type fastening straps that you attach to the metal struts at the base, making the cover secure. The cover was well packaged and delivered quickly

Excellent website, product and delivery

Didn't receive left message sent email zero response. Terrible service

Great product quick delivery

This is a brilliant piece of kit, I should have bought it much earlier. Makes cleaning so much easier.
Great service from the Grill Store, very speedy.

Great product, good customer service, easy to navigate webside. Will buy from them again and will recomend them in future

Great product very pleased!

Amazing company and service. Prices are very competitive hence the purchase of my Komado Big Joe 2.
It’s been lit since my purchase last Monday 😂

Thanks guys

Dave at Grillstore was really knowledgeable on all things bbq and really helped choosing the right equipment delivery was personal and on time ! Highly recommend grillstore !!

Awful! Order never arrived and you cant get through to anyone as mailbox is full and customer service dont reply to emails. Only got a response once i hot social media

Royal Mail lost my order, the grill store did not hesitate in sending me a new one, great service and great quality!

The item we were sent was not the same as the web site picture, so I was unsure if it was correct (parts were totally different). It was a charcoal grill, and the instructions given said it was unsafe to use with the wrong barbeque. It has taken 2 weeks to get advise from he grill store, which is disappointing as I bought this as a birthday gift for my husband. We have today received an e.mail telling us how to adapt it for use on our barbeque, and assuring us it is safe. Time will tell!

Awful! Ordered a BBQ on 3/6. Order confirmed by email. Delivery not received. Sent 2 emails to them with no response. Tried to phone and it goes straight to a mailbox that it full. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Great selection of products so easy to find what I wanted. Well packaged and quick delivery. One happy customer.. Thank you

Excellent quality and very reasonably priced. Very speedy from order to delivery. Have used it 3 times already and only had it 5 days.
