I’ve been entering these competitions for years & won multiple guitars and effects pedals. Never had an issue - the prize has always turned up within a couple of weeks.
Great service and great quality prizes.

However, this last win has turned into an absolute mess. I won the prize on the 31st March. It’s now nearly a month later, no prize & the guys have stopped responding to my emails. I have been politely asking for updates.
Ben at guitar marketplace advised me 2 weeks ago on the 14th that the prize was on its way.
Matt has not responded.

So, no update for 2 weeks now.

Guys, what’s going on? This is appalling customer service and not what I was expecting from you guys.

I can’t believe how good TGM is, anybody who’s sceptical about winning can rest assured that you can definitely win with them. I recently won a Fender Strat which blew my mind as I normally don’t win anything - but a couple of weeks later I entered again and this time I won an EVG Wolfgang standard!!! The guitars were sent out when stated and were delivered to me the next day safe and sound. I can’t recommend them enough - thanks guys 👍👍👍

Entered on a whim a few hours before the comp ended, bought 10 tickets. Woke up next morning to find I had won, fantastic!
Matt emailed to confirm everything and sort delivery. Arrived very well packaged on a 24hr service. Couldn’t be happier.

Guitar arrived immaculate, neatly set up, fresh strings etc | Communication was rapid | Packaging and everything just very very clean and proper!

I won a guitar on March 19th, it is now April 10th and I am STILL waiting for it to arrive. The guitar was pictured in their "showroom" but when I emailed they said it had to be ordered. The expected delivery date came and went. I emailed again and was assured it had been dispatched. Once again it is not here. The communication is EXTREMELY poor, with long delays for replies to emails.
It's such a shame as I've entered many competitions and was delighted to win. This guitar was going to be my son's birthday present, so he too is now disappointed.......well, heartbroken....that it has not arrived.

UPDATE - The guitar arrived on the 14th April. After investigation if appears 2 attempts were made to deliver it around the 2nd April. No idea why these were unsuccessful, I work from home and am here all day. The courier failed to communicate this to Ben or Matt at GuitarMarketplace, so they were unaware until I got in touch. Room for improvement on this it seems.

Great service

This week I won the Fender Vintera 60s Jazzmaster in blue. I was notified the next day after the draw that I had won it. Didn’t take long to deliver and it looks and plays great. This is a great site and is definitely worth giving it a go with one of there many draws. You don’t have to spend much to have a chance to win.

Ease of use when paying,loads of guitars & effects to choose from. Good prices too.

I’ve won several guitars on the guitar marketplace over the years. It’s a well run business, the guys are absolutely superb at what they do, delivery is always pretty quick. There’s no way I would own half the guitars I do if it weren’t for you guys. 10/10 from me.

I really enjoy the guitar market place competition site, there is a wide range of comps with varying prices to suit everyone. The live draws happen twice a week, which i always try to tune in for. I am also lucky enough to have won 2 guitars! Come along, play and have fun!

Won another amazing guitar. This company is run by hard working lads with a serious passion for guitars. Love the website and looking forward to getting lucky again one day with them.

So firstly, these guys are legit. I've won guitars and some smaller prizes from them (which is cool). The main issue is that the communication could be better.
I've won a guitar which came as promised and was lucky enough to win another guitar that weeks to arrive after much chasing.
Tunes out there was a supply issue and they did sort it out in the end, but an email informing me of the delay and an ETA would have saved much chasing and confusion.

They are nice guys and running a business is hard so if they just level up the comms it'd be a 5 star review.

I'll still enter draws as the chance to win a great guitar for a few quid is neat!

I have won both on Live draws and free auto draws. Great comp site and friendly guys to communicate with.

If anyone doubts the validity of these competitions and whether anyone actually wins, I can tell you that you can win. I did. Don't get me wrong, it's unlikely you'll win every week, the odds will tell you that. I played various games over about a year. The amount I spent was less than the value of the guitar I won. So, I've done well. It's fun with the opportunity to win some really high end, grail guitars. I've also won a couple of their daily freebie comps over the year. These are available to those who play in their app. I won the guitar on a Monday and it was delivered the very next Friday. Good luck.
