I purchased a bathing suit on may 1st, it is may 28th today and I still have not received it. It’s is a scam!! Do not order through this company.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
The first red flag should have been that my credit card purchase was converted to PayPal. Can someone tell me how this happens without my consent? I purposely put online orders on a credit card so that if there is a problem it can be disputed.

The pants I ordered took over a month to arrive. I was shocked they came at all! The ads I had seen all said that they were oversized, so order one size smaller than you would normally wear. I did that, yet when I tried them on they were too tight. After reading the reviews I am not even going to attempt to return them.

I am sick and tired of being scammed by companies on social media. I will never again order from any company advertising on one of these platforms. I think Facebook and PayPal should be held responsible for participating in scamming their users.

I made an order on May 2nd for a bathing suit, it's says order will be delivered 5-7 business days. I still have not received it yet, it is May 28th, I sent and email didn't really get anywhere with when it will arrive, what a joke. Would not recommend purchasing off this site.

HORRIBLE! Do not recommend. Shipping times are not as advertised. I ordered my product on 05/03 and today is 05/21 and I still do not have my product. Customer service is a joke. When I message them they keep sending me my tracking #, which still does not give me any estimate on when I will receive my package. At this point, I would be surprised to receive it at all!

SCAM!!!!!!! If I could them negative stars i would. I ordered on May 1, 2025. Their website states "5-7 days fast UPS shipping". Well its the 17th and still no delivery. I have emailed them endlessly about it and they keep telling me "The system might take few days to update the tracking status.
Please wait patiently. It will update soon" and "Shipping depends on location, weather, the customs clearance and so on. Delivery to some distant areas may take a bit longer. But we will make it to you. Please wait one or two days for the update. Here is the latest update we got from the carrier‘s system. Your parcel is on its way to you normally". I keep asking for a tracking number and they refuse to give me one. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!! They also charge you more than what is on your order confirmation and try to tell you ""But the tax was levied by the customs indeed.
We can't control it thus can't inform you of it before you place the order". BULLSHIT! They have to disclose the this at the time of purchase. Oh and my first red flag that this company was completely FRAUDULENT is that my bank shows this was paid to a PAYPAL account!!!!!!!!!! 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

I don’t even want to give one star. DO NOT BUY from this company. It is a scam. They take your money but you never receive your package. They send you a fake tracking that says your package is on the way and then don’t want to issue refund when not received… please do not be fooled like I was with their fake ads!!!!! Never again!!

I ordered 3 items from this company, they were too small and wanted to exchange or get my money back. They offered me $5.00 a piece. Their policy says money back guaranteed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Horrible!!!! I ordered from this company through Instagram over two months ago still haven’t got my purchase. It took over two weeks to get a tracking number still 45 days after I got the tracking number I still don’t have my purchase after a number emails of me complaining and asking for a refund I was ignored out of 7 emails only three was answered saying to be patient that my order was complete and I explained that I didn’t want the order no more I wanted a refund please kindly give me a refund. I was strictly ignored telling me to be patient that they couldn’t give me a refund. I wouldnt refer this company to nobody.

Don’t order from this company.I ordered a wallet from them over a month ago and still haven’t received a thing.I didn’t get any shipping information or a tracking number from them.Don’t waste your time with this company.

Ordered a bill fold on feb 1,2025. Today is feb 18. Still no order received. Tried to contact happywind thru email nothing from them yet. They did send me a email when I first ordered said they received my order but nothing since.

Worst company ever! I ordered three bras from here it took them 6 weeks to get it to me! Then when I did all three bras are made different sizes. Also very poor quality. The material is so slippery that your boobs fall right out of them! The sizes are all within 2 in of each other! They only want to give me back six American dollars for the $40 worth of bras that I bought! They suggested I give them to a friend! I hate this company I will never buy from them again and I hope no one else wastes their time with them either!

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I ordered a 3 pack of bras and one other bra. Never received my order. It shows delivered but I have honestly not received anything. Have been reaching out to them via email and all I get is the run around. Now they will not even reply. It has been over a month. No refund no product and now no response. This is the worst customer service ever.

I ordered a bear and it doesn’t work!!! I am furious, to say the least. I ordered this bear 12/7/25 and just got it today and it doesn’t work! That’s insane!! Please send me a working bear please!!!

I gave this a "1" ONLY because there are no "minus" numbers to assign.
When the package arrived, I gave the bear (designed "for heavy chewers") to my dog ... it did not last even 5 minutes!!! I contacted Accuriate and told them about this and that the bear looked like someone made this in a high school sewing class and asked for a full refund. They asked me to send them some pictures, which I did. They responded that "they are sorry, but dogs have sharp teeth, but they would refund me $3" ... even though I paid about $31 for it.
This company is a FRAUD! Avoid them at all costs.

This is a scam in Facebook and my bank caught it in time. What a ripoff!!!!

Do not order anything from this site!!!!! They said that my package arrived but when I went to the post office the package Happywind said was mine did not have my name on it and now they won't give me a refund all they keep saying is that they highly recommend that I go to the post office and get my package even after I sent them what the post office had for that tracking number that had someone else's name and address and now I am out the money I paid it and do not have what I ordered I have been fighting with them since December 11th and I ordered my package in november

I ordered a pair of men’s gloves- xl on 12/9 and still have not received them. I paid with my visa account $17.98. I will contact my bank in the morning to make me a new card and report you as a scam. These were supposed to be a gift for Christmas!

The size I ordered was a 34DD. The size I received was a 3XL which would equate to a 44G. Needless to say, there is not a hope in H*LL that the bras will fit. I was offered $3.00, then $4.00, then $8.88 to keep the bras or give them away, and not write a review. Do Not EVER give your money to this site, cheap pile of Chinese JUNK!

I ordered my niece the talking teddy bear for Christmas. If they would have disclosed that the product was coming from China, I would have never ordered the bear ! I have reached out numerous times for an update,since the tracking number doesn't work. All they keep telling me is that my order is on the way .it's been 3 weeks!!!!!! Never again ! Worst company I ever delt with
