Great customer service and stuff more knowledgeable.

I went to Hatt equipment to get new climbing jacket and look at some of the gear they have on offer. The staff were really knowledgable which was really refreshing! After having a good look around I ended up having a coffee and talking climbing for ages. Great selection of gear for serious climbers and a very nice vibe. Great to finally have a store like this in Brighton. I also got some new Goggles and a swim buoy for my open water swimming. Cheers to the Hatt team and I will certainly be back soon

Had a great experience when purchasing climbing shoes. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. This is not a place you would naturally find in your travels. Parking directions are supplied in their website. Watch before you go. It was very helpful. Overall a great experience.

What a great find- I just bought a climbing harness and my boyfriend bought a lovely cup of coffee whilst I tried various ones on! Very helpful and friendly staff. There was a good selection of gear. As you’d expect I was able to sit in the harnesses to get a good feel. Easy parking, very near to the shop. I’m very happy with my purchase and will return!

We were need of some climbing equipment and also some advice as we are still beginners. The shop has great range of products and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Very happy with visit and purchase.

Awesome range of kit for any adventure on the water or in the mountains. I arrived and was given warm welcome, offered a cuppa while I looked around and picked up some great kit. Genuinely run by people who climb, paddle, surf etc. who can offer real advise to make sure you choose the right kit. They also hire out SUPs and kayaks which you can use right there as it it is on the beach, or you can book one of their organised adventures accross a big range of activities i.e. climbing, paddling, biking etc. Free parking in the multi-storey about 10mins walk away, straight through the Marina. 100% reccommend dropping in!
