I was able to book an appointment within two hours of my phonecall whereas I would have had to wait five days to see my NHS GP.

Locating Haven Medical for the first time was a bit of a challenge! However once inside I became more relaxed. Waiting area very pleasant, and gentle low stairs up to the consultant's room. My problem was thoroughly discussed and explained and I left Haven Medical in a more relaxed state than I had arrived in.

Brilliant clinician and overall experience with Dr Bick and admin. staff.

Moved to area last year and in my experience far far better than my previous surgery staff are so kind and friendly and the few doctors ive seen have been wonderful ..

The service was first class and all staff attentive to my medical needs from start to finish. The booking process was super straight forward within a short period of time. It made what was a challenging visit for me fairly enjoyable given the medical expertise on hand. thank you Haven Medical

The only Doctor who listened to what I had to say and immediately rang Bournemouth Hospital and arranged an immediate appointment which was followed by wonderful treatment in the hospital. Thank you Dr for listening and your prompt action after weeks of no offer of treatment from other doctors

Initial phone call appointment was the same day as my enquiry. The person I spoke to really listened to me and explained the process well. I just hope we get offered an appointment in person soon to start the process with my son!
