Absolutely loved all our orders from THB so far, the dogs go crazy whenever they see the biscuits and they all loved the hot chocolate. Service is so quick once dispatched usually arrives the next day.

Our dogs love them!
Our dogs absolutely adore The Healthy Barkery biscuits! it’s so great to have found a brand that uses 100% natural ingredients, and you can tell the biscuits are made with such love and care. They always arrive quickly and are packaged so lovely. Would really recommend :)

We absolutely adore THB!
We absolutely adore THB! Their biscuits are insanely cute, delivery is fast and our dogs adore the taste! We love knowing all the healthy ingredients going into the biscuits too and they are all labelled really well. The owner of THB is also really friendly and happy to answer any questions. We also placed a wholesale order for our business a while back and we’re so pleased with it! Thank you ❤️

Broken Biscuits & Poor Customer Service
After reading several reviews I decided to order some New Year’s biscuits for my puppy’s first festive period. Sadly, whilst the box arrived undamaged the contents were. 3 of the key New Year biscuits were broken because they were baked too thin to withstand postage. I contacted the baker, who apologised but refused to offer a replacement for the ones broken or offer any other alternative solution. I’m now left with broken biscuits and a tainted memory for his first celebration. I find it unacceptable and don’t advise purchasing as the customer service is shocking.

Hello Bee, thank you for your feedback. I would like to mention that as discussed via our DMs we have contacted Royal Mail on your behalf and spoke to you regarding this issue. I explained why the biscuits are the thickness they are. Many customers like the thickness of the biscuits as they had bad experience with previous bakeries which were simply too thick and inedible.
You send us a video of the broken biscuits, which we have had a look at and couldn’t offer a replacement because we are closed for Christmas and don’t offer refunds due to the nature of the product which is stated on the website.
We apologise that to had an unpleasant experience, but I would like to mention that we have discussed this and I thought this issue was resolved. Thank you, Paulina x

I was thrilled with my order, the packaging was lovely & personal. I was kept well informed of expected delivery & it arrived quickly. It has gone down a treat with my puppy!! Would definitely order again.

My doggo loves these biscuits, he can smell them a mile off and will be extremely good on a walk (loose in the park) when he know I have one in my bag for after!
