10/10 I can’t Complain with the food, doesn’t even feel like I’m having a meal prep and it’s tasty too!

I recently started a new diet and with my work schedule i’m unable to sit there and prepare my meals and weigh everything out in order to achieve my gym and wellness goals. I discovered the healthy tiffin through my friends and family members who spoke very highly! Rightfully So!!

The dishes actually taste good and look good - i have little to no stress with preparing it. I just put it in the microwave and that’s it.

I would definitely recommend this to people who have busy schedules and cannot cook their meals everyday but also if you are looking to target things like weight loss or hitting protein goals this is the solution

The most amazing food ever with the best service. I ordered the chilli garlic noodles and it was such a great balance of spice and super healthy and yummy. The service was amazing too and it was so easy to place my order. I’m definitely going to be regularly ordering my meals from here as it’s so convenient and such a great meal prep! Really nice tasting meal prep that was great for my goals. High protein and good calories is what I’m looking for alongside a touch of home cooked meals. Great service and checking up to ensure it met my dietary requirements. Would defo recommend!

Had the chicken tikka masala, what can I say it was a 10/10, fresh, tasty, portion balance was amazing and spicy is perfect. The roti was fluffy and fresh 😎👌🏼

Really good food, the chicken tikka is my favourite. Super good for me since I count my macros. The roti was so fluffy. Porto sizes are great, tasted like my families cooking but in a healthy way. Definitely going to be getting it again!

I genuinely can’t recommend these meals enough! The food is absolutely delicious, healthy, and makes life so much easier throughout the week. What I love most is how customisable everything is, you can choose your meals for the week, pick whether you want rice or 2 rotis included (for free!), adjust spice levels, request smaller portions or lower calories, and even add special requirements. They also offer halal options which is amazing.

Every meal is high in protein, low in calories, and clearly labelled so you know exactly what you’re eating. It honestly tastes homemade while still being incredibly convenient. The portions are satisfying, the flavours are incredible, and even my friends and family who tried the food were impressed by how good everything tasted.

The delivery is also excellent. The food arrives twice a week so it always stays fresh, and they’re really good at communicating delivery times in advance, which is perfect when working from home and needing a bit of notice.

Another huge bonus is the pricing. The more meals you order, the bigger the discount. I ordered 10 meals for the week and got 10% off, which made it work out cheaper than grocery shopping, cooking everything myself, and dealing with wasted ingredients.

Honestly, this food has saved me so much time and effort while helping me eat healthier without sacrificing taste. Quick, convenient, high-protein, fresh, and genuinely delicious, highly recommend to anyone looking for healthy Indian food!
